Method for monitoring a filled container and monitoring system for filled containers
A method for monitoring a filled container, in particular a filled beverage container, which is conveyed on a conveyor, comprising the steps of taking up the container by a carriage, creating a spacing between the container and the conveyor, so that the entire weight of the container is retained by the carriage in a weighing region, and weighing the retained container in the weighing region using a load cell comprised by the carriage, the carriage being driven by a linear motor according to said method, and a monitoring system for filled containers, in particular filled beverage containers, for executing such a method.
System for automatically initializing a weighing process of one or more loads at a concrete plant or an asphalt plant
A system for automatically initializing a weighing process of one or more loads at a concrete plant or an asphalt plant. The system includes a plant, a staging area, a truck and a fleet of trucks. Each truck contains one output device which contains a unique output device ID identifier, an output device reader or readers, a batch non-transitory storage media, a dispatch non-transitory storage media, a reader non-transitory storage media and a material load verification non-transitory storage media, a third party or cloud non-transitory storage media and a master truck file containing a truck file for each truck and a database.
Material weight measurement system with automatic tare associated with object presence detection
A presence sensor combined to a first storage carrier for detecting a presence of a second storage carrier. A load cell measures the weight of the material expelled from the first storage carrier. A scale controller in communication with the presence sensor responds to the presence of the second storage carrier by recording of the weight measurement from the load cell.
SMART CAP AND/OR HANDLE
Systems and methods here may be used to sense razor handle usage, and/or product content in a container, send information to a local wireless device which may in turn, inform a back end system. In some embodiments, the systems and methods may then utilize the information about the container and send a message regarding inventory status, place an order for a re-fill, and/or aggregate usage data of the container or handle.
Dispensing device for dosing powdered material
A dispensing device for dosing material, preferably powdered molding compound suitable for use with rotational molding machines. The device includes a hopper for receiving and storing the material to be dispensed and a dispensing system that transfers an exact amount of material to a container based upon information contained on an identifying tag of the container that is read by a scanner of the device.
SMART CAP
Systems and methods here may be used to sense product content in a container, send information to a local wireless device which may in turn, inform a back end system. In some embodiments, the systems and methods may then utilize the information about the container and send a message regarding inventory status, place an order for a re-fill, and/or aggregate usage data of the container.
Optical fiber weight tracking system
An optical fiber cord management system and method is provided to monitor and manage optical fiber cords weights in telecommunication equipment. The system comprise a weight sensing member arranged with a trough member for converting a force applied to the trough member by an optical fiber cord. The system may include a processor, in communication with the weight sensing member. The processor may receive force signal data from the weight sensing member.
ELECTROMAGNETIC MEASURING DEVICE FOR MEASURING ONE OR MORE EXTENSIVE PROPERTIES OF A PRODUCT AND MEASURING METHOD THEREOF
An electromagnetic measuring device is presented for measuring one or more extensive properties of a product comprising a body, which is hollow inside, having walls made of a conductive material and defining an internal cavity, configured to receive the product and a coupling component, configured to create an electromagnetic field in the internal cavity and to receive said electromagnetic field disturbed by the product inside the internal cavity. The body has a loading opening made in one of said walls. The measuring device further includes a loading element and a movement device, the latter being capable of moving the loading element relative to the body and being configured to insert the loading element into the body through said loading opening from an external position, configured to receive the product, to an internal position, in which the product is in the internal cavity and it is positioned in a measuring position.
Machine to fill and weigh containers and corresponding weighing method
A machine to fill and weigh containers (100) is described, comprising at least one movement device (18) configured to transport one or more containers (100) between at least two work stations (12) disposed in a work direction (F) which defines a movement path between said at least two work stations (12), wherein along the movement path at least one weighing device (17) is present to acquire the measurement of the mass of said one or more containers (100). A method to weigh the containers (100) is also described, actuated in the machine to fill and weigh containers as above.
