A windshield for a balance is provided, and the windshield to be attached to a balance to define a weighing chamber, includes openable and closable doors constituting portions of the weighing chamber, opening and closing mechanisms configured to open and close the doors, sensors configured to detect movement of the doors, and a control unit configured to command the opening and closing mechanism to open and close the door when a movement of the door from a stationary state is detected by the sensors. When an operator slightly moves the door from a stationary state to open or close the door, the sensor detects this, and the door is automatically opened or closed.

A sealing structure is provided that includes a sealing member having an annular shape and elastically deformable. The sealing member is interposed between a top plate of a cabinet mounted with a vibrator and a vibrating head of the vibrator disposed in a manner that protrudes upward out of an opening of the top plate. The sealing member includes an upper coupler, an intermediate coupler continuous to the upper coupler, and a lower coupler continuous to the intermediate coupler. The upper coupler is couplable to an upper part of the vibrating head, the intermediate coupler is couplable to the top plate, and the lower coupler is couplable to a lower part of the vibrating head.
Seal structure and weighing machine comprising same
A sealing structure is provided that includes a sealing member having an annular shape and elastically deformable. The sealing member is interposed between a top plate of a cabinet mounted with a vibrator and a vibrating head of the vibrator disposed in a manner that protrudes upward out of an opening of the top plate. The sealing member includes an upper coupler, an intermediate coupler continuous to the upper coupler, and a lower coupler continuous to the intermediate coupler. The upper coupler is couplable to an upper part of the vibrating head, the intermediate coupler is couplable to the top plate, and the lower coupler is couplable to a lower part of the vibrating head.
ELECTRONIC BALANCE
A windshield (8) including a pair of right and left sliding doors (13) and (14) is provided above an accommodation case (5) in which a weighing mechanism joined to a weighing pan (2) is disposed, the sliding doors (13) and (14) are slidably suspended and supported, and are linked to each other in an engageable and disengageable manner at their lower portions by a linkage mechanism including connection members (31) and (32), engagement/disengagement members (33) and (34), and a joint plate (60), and an air cylinder including a piston rod linked to the joint plate (60) and a pump as a drive source of the air cylinder are provided in the accommodation case (5). Since it is not necessary to separately provide a space for accommodating the air cylinder and the pump, the electronic balance (1) can be downsized.
ELECTRONIC BALANCE
A windshield (8) including a pair of right and left sliding doors (13) and (14) is provided above an accommodation case (5) in which a weighing mechanism joined to a weighing pan (2) is disposed, the sliding doors (13) and (14) are slidably suspended and supported, and are linked to each other in an engageable and disengageable manner at their lower portions by a linkage mechanism including connection members (31) and (32), engagement/disengagement members (33) and (34), and a joint plate (60), and an air cylinder including a piston rod linked to the joint plate (60) and a pump as a drive source of the air cylinder are provided in the accommodation case (5). Since it is not necessary to separately provide a space for accommodating the air cylinder and the pump, the electronic balance (1) can be downsized.
WATERPROOF MECHANISM FOR WEIGHING APPARATUS
Provided is a waterproof mechanism that waterproofs a mass sensor of a weighing apparatus without using a diaphragm or a dedicated jig. A waterproof mechanism (20) for a weighing apparatus includes a weighing pan (11), a mass sensor (12) to which a load of the weighing pan is transmitted, a device case (10) configured to house the mass sensor, a pan boss (14) configured to support the weighing pan higher than the device case, and a pan boss circumferential member (13) provided in a circumferential direction of the pan boss and fixed to the device case, wherein the weighing pan includes a side wall portion (112) provided continuously downward from a pan portion rim, and when the weighing pan is lowered downward by a prescribed amount, the side wall portion engages with the pan boss circumferential member in the circumferential direction, and a lower surface (1111) of the pan portion and an upper surface (1321) of the pan boss circumferential member come into contact with each other.
WATERPROOF MECHANISM FOR WEIGHING APPARATUS
Provided is a waterproof mechanism that waterproofs a mass sensor of a weighing apparatus without using a diaphragm or a dedicated jig. A waterproof mechanism (20) for a weighing apparatus includes a weighing pan (11), a mass sensor (12) to which a load of the weighing pan is transmitted, a device case (10) configured to house the mass sensor, a pan boss (14) configured to support the weighing pan higher than the device case, and a pan boss circumferential member (13) provided in a circumferential direction of the pan boss and fixed to the device case, wherein the weighing pan includes a side wall portion (112) provided continuously downward from a pan portion rim, and when the weighing pan is lowered downward by a prescribed amount, the side wall portion engages with the pan boss circumferential member in the circumferential direction, and a lower surface (1111) of the pan portion and an upper surface (1321) of the pan boss circumferential member come into contact with each other.
WEIGHING DEVICE FOR PROCESS ENVIRONMENTS WITH STRONG PRESSURE AND/OR TEMPERATURE VARIATIONS
A weighing device for process environments with a high pressure and/or temperature variation, particularly for environments which can be sterilised by superheated steam or with vacuum hydrogen peroxide, which includes a box-shaped body, immersed in a compensation chamber, and which has inside it a containment chamber for the weighing instruments. A weighing plate is integral with a spacer. The spacer extends along a vertical direction and supports the object to be weighed. Access and sealing devices for the containment chamber are, movable between open and closed positions: in the open position, the containment chamber communicates with the outside, in the closed position, the containment chamber is isolated relative to the process chamber. There are also injectors of a flow entering the containment chamber for cooling said instruments and ejectors of a flow coming out of the containment chamber for controlling the internal pressure.
WEIGHING DEVICE FOR PROCESS ENVIRONMENTS WITH STRONG PRESSURE AND/OR TEMPERATURE VARIATIONS
