A light detector includes a substrate, a membrane disposed on a surface of the substrate, a first and a second electrode post supporting the membrane. The first electrode post includes a first main body portion having a tubular shape spreading from a first electrode pad toward a side opposite to the substrate, and a first flange portion provided in an end portion at the side opposite to the substrate in the first main body portion. The first flange portion is provided with a first sloped surface inclined so as to approach the substrate as it goes away from the first main body portion. A first wiring layer reaches an inner surface of the first main body portion through the first sloped surface. The second electrode post and the second wiring layer are formed similarly to the first electrode post and the first wiring layer.

A sensor module includes: a flexible printed circuit board; a temperature sensor disposed on the flexible printed circuit board to measure the temperature of a measurement object; a distance sensor disposed on the flexible circuit board adjacent to the temperature sensor to measure the distance to the measurement object; a terminal cover disposed above the temperature sensor and the distance sensor and including a first hole exposing a top surface of the temperature sensor and a second hole exposing a top surface of the distance sensor; and a window disposed in the second hole of the terminal cover.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
An image processing apparatus includes a saturated region detection unit, a dynamic range control unit, and a shutter control unit. The saturated region detection unit acquires imaging data from an infrared imaging device that captures a thermal image of an outside of a mobile body, and detects that a saturated pixel is present in the imaging data. The dynamic range control unit sets, in accordance with a result of the detection of the saturated region, a dynamic range of the infrared imaging device to a first temperature range, or a second temperature range where a temperature at least on an upper limit side is higher than that in the first temperature range. The shutter control unit controls opening and closing of a shutter for protecting the infrared imaging device based on the result of the detection of the saturated region and the setting of the dynamic range.

MINIATURIZED, LIGHT-ADAPTIVE, WIRELESS DOSIMETER SYSTEMS FOR AUTONOMOUS MONITORING OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION EXPOSURE AND APPLICATIONS OF SAME
A system for measuring a radiant exposure of electromagnetic radiation includes an accumulation detection module having a detector and configured to continuously monitor an electromagnetic radiation received by the detector; and an adaptive circuit configured to periodically interrogate the accumulation detection module; adjust a frequency of interrogation of the accumulation detection module based on an intensity of the electromagnetic radiation received by the detector; and autonomously transmit information related to an amount of the electromagnetic radiation received by the detector to a remote device.
OPTICAL DETECTOR
An optical detector includes a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit that receives a reflected light reflected by a measurement object. The light receiving unit has a detection element and a condenser lens system that collects the reflected light to the detection element. The condenser lens system has a plurality of lenses. The condenser lens system has a temperature change factor that increases the optical power at a high temperature than at a low temperature, and a chromatic aberration factor that decreases the optical power at a long wavelength than at a short wavelength. The optical power of each of the plurality of lenses is adjusted based on a correspondence between a change in temperature and a shift amount of the peak wavelength, so that the chromatic aberration factor balances with the temperature change factor within a predetermined wavelength range.
