An assistive garment for aiding in reorientation of the lower limbs of a wearer has a pair of trouser legs, each of which is dimensioned to encompass at least a portion of a respective lower limb of the wearer. A bridge extends between the pair of trouser legs and is joined to each leg of the pair. A handle extends from the bridge. The handle is adapted to permit manipulation of the lower limbs of the wearer by way of manipulation of the handle using at least one upper limb of the wearer.

The pants, in particular underpants, include an elastic band and fly opening. The underpants have a bib-like flap in the front region, which is undetachably connected with the underpants in the crotch area. Present in the front region of the elastic band is a VELCRO fastening strip, and a counter-VELCRO fastening strip is fastened to the bib-like flap. The VELCRO fastening strips form a detachable connection between the bib-like flap and the elastic band of the underpants. A grip band is situated on the bib-like flap in the detachable area. This grip band is oversized relative to the length of the bib-like flap, so that the user is able to easily reach with his hand between the flap and grip band, and can detach the bib-like flap from the waistband, so that the fly opening is now completely exposed, and he can grip the genitals or activate a catheter.

A lower garment with a crotch opening is provided. A front cover is releasably attached to the front side of the lower garment and is sized to cover a front portion of the crotch opening. A rear cover is releasably attached to the rear side of the lower garment and is sized to cover a rear portion of the crotch opening. The front cover and the rear cover are removable from the lower garment independent of each other. Therefore, only a portion of the patient's body that needs to be exposed is exposed, while other portions are covered.

A durable lower body garment is provided that is formed of a plurality of fabric panels and has an inner surface for facing towards the wearer and an outer surface for facing away from the wearer, the plurality of fabric panels defining a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. The garment comprises a front fabric panel and at least one further fabric panel, the front fabric panel and the at least one further fabric panel being joined along their lateral edges to define the waist opening including a waist edge. Each of the front fabric panel and the at least one further fabric panel extends from the waist edge to at least a crotch region of the garment, and each of the front fabric panel and the at least one further fabric panel is formed of an elastically stretchable fabric.

A ventilated medical leg garment comprises a foot covering, a leg covering, a lower elastic band, an upper elastic band, and a ventilation assembly. The foot covering and the leg covering cooperatively form an open-topped interior chamber for receiving a wearer's foot and lower leg therein. The ventilation assembly includes a ventilation patch, a screen mesh, and a hood. The ventilation patch is positioned over an orifice of the leg covering and includes a ventilation opening for allowing air to pass therethrough. The screen mesh extends across the ventilation opening for keeping the ventilation opening unobstructed. The hood extends over and past the ventilation opening for directing fluids and debris past and away from the ventilation opening.

The pants has two zippers symmetrically arranged from a waistband's front center extend slantwise downward to a lateral side of the pants. A detachable wrapping member is integrated with the pants. The wrapping member has a belt whose two ends thread through corresponding loops at bottom corners of the wrapping member, and a bottom portion of the wrapping member is flipped upward to reliably cover a crotch area of a user, preventing excrement or urine from overflowing. An adaptive clothing assembly for facilitating access to the legs and crotch of a user with medical issues or mobility restrictions includes a pair of pants having a waist portion coupled to a first leg portion and a second leg portion. A crotch area is positioned between the first leg portion and the second leg portion. An inseam extends across the crotch area and downwardly along each of the first leg portion and the second leg portion. An inseam closure is coextensive with the inseam. The inseam closure is openable to define a continuous break designed to expose both legs and a crotch of the user.

A garment for facilitating urination includes two leg openings, and an access panel between the two leg openings. The access panel extends from a front of the garment to a back of the garment, wherein the access panel is coupled to the front of the garment with an attachment. The garment is configurable between an initial, closed configuration and a second, open configuration in which the access panel is at least partially detached from the garment.
