A garment is provided having a closed front portion made of a pair of overlapping fabric panels that are joined along a seam. The garment also includes a lower front access portion where the pair of fabric panels overlap but are not joined and may therefore be parted, providing access to a portion of the wearer's body. A third fabric panel is joined to the overlapping pair fabric panels and is disposed in a chest area of the garment. A rear portion of the garment is openable to provide access to the wearer's spine.

Men's Garment for Recovery After Urological Procedures, Genital Surgery and Genital Injury
A garment is provided to be worn post-surgery during recovery from urological surgical procedure. The garment is in the form of men's underwear or brief, with features provided to assist in recovery and comfort of the user. The garment includes a center flap that can be opened to provide access to a center pocket that is aligned with the user's crotch. The center pocket contains a moldable body that can be molded to a particular shape to support and hold the user's penis in a pre-determined orientation to facilitate the recovery process. The flap also includes a pocket that can contain a heating/cooling pack that is arranged to apply heat/cooling to the surgical site. The garment is also configured to accept and support a medical drainage tube to drain the surgical wound, and a drainage pump as needed.
Patient garment
A garment for health care use is disclosed. The garment comprises at least one rear panel, at least two front panels and a plurality of releasable seams, positioned along peripheral regions of said at least one rear panel and said at least two front panels for releasably connecting said at least two front panels to said at least one rear panel. Each of the at least two front panels is permanently connected to the at least one rear panel at least one position. At least a portion of one the front panels overlaps the other. The rear and front panels each comprise a plurality of flaps or regions which can be folded over when in use as worn by a wearer, to expose different areas of said wearer's body.
GARMENT FOR FACILITATING URINATION
A garment for facilitating urination includes two leg openings, and an access panel between the two leg openings. The access panel extends from a front of the garment to a back of the garment, wherein the access panel is coupled to the front of the garment with an attachment. The garment is configurable between an initial, closed configuration and a second, open configuration in which the access panel is at least partially detached from the garment.

Garment
A garment comprising a right leg passageway and a left leg passageway and a trunk portion. The trunk portion has an opening with an edge there through with an associated flap which overlaps the edge of the trunk portion. The trunk portion has at least one coupling strip placed adjacent the edge of the trunk portion opening. The flap has a coupling strip and an absorbent area having an absorbent material being fixedly attached to the absorbent area.
Zippered pants
Described herein are pants containing a zipper extending through the waistband and the entire outseam of each pant leg. The pants have a flange of fabric disposed on the interior of each zipper to prevent direct contact between the zipper and the skin of a person wearing the pants. The pants also include a fabric tab attached at the waistband next to the zipper to cover an exterior portion of the zipper. The pants provide benefits to wearers who have limited mobility, sensitive skin, or a physical impediment, such as a cast, by easing the challenges of applying the pants to the legs.
Specialty Pants for Wheelchair Bound Patients
A pair of specialty pants for immobile patients includes at least two open-ended zippers configured in series on each pant leg. This configuration of zipper assemblies affords access to the full length of the patient's leg and makes it much easier to put on or take off the specialty pants for a patient with mobility issues such as a wheelchair bound patient.
