Patient Garment
A patient garment. The patient garment includes an upper garment having a front panel opposite a rear panel. An opening is disposed through the upper garment between the front panel and the rear panel, wherein the opening receives a head of the wearer therethrough. The rear panel is divided into a pair of rear panel segments by a central divider. A first and second plurality of fasteners are disposed on opposing lateral sides of the front and rear panels, respectively. The first plurality of fasteners and the second plurality of fasteners are complementary and removably secure the front panel to the rear panel. A third plurality of fasteners secure the rear panel segments together. A lower garment includes a pair of legs opposite an open upper end. A cutout is disposed through a rear portion of the lower garment between the open upper end and the pair of legs.

The invention also provides a method of using the inventive pelvic groin medical garment for injuries or trauma in the genital area by both men, and women. The inventive straps that are secured to the adjustable waist belt are configured to go around the thighs, and around the buttock, and below the user's intergluteal cleft, which increases the user's comfort, and enables the user to more easily maintain a higher level of hygiene, and support for a fully adjustable individualized fit.

Medical Gown
The invention relates to a medical gown for a hospital patient, the medical gown comprising: a top part arranged to cover a patient's torso, the top part comprising sleeves and a front-facing opening with a wrap-around fastening; and a bottom part, separate to the top part and arranged to extend from patient's waste downwards to cover at least a portion of the patient's legs; wherein the top part comprises at least one slit positioned in a back or side portion of the top part and arranged to allow medical examination of the patient's torso through the slit without removal of the top part. The medical gown according to the present invention allows a clinician to perform a full systematic medical examination of a patient, without requiring the patient to remove any part of the gown.
Clothing Configurations With Multiple Reclosable Access Regions
An article of clothing is provided having a plurality of accesses for accessing, when the clothing is worn by a wearer, the area below the clothing without removing the clothing. In one example, the article of clothing is an upper-body garment with two arm accesses, an anterior torso access, and two side torso accesses. In another example, the article of clothing is a lower-body garment with two leg accesses, two knee accesses, and two hip accesses. In one example, each access is opened or closed by an incremental fastening device such as a one-way or two-way zipper.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR STABILIZING A HUMAN ANATOMICAL JOINT
A garment of the present invention comprises a closed tensionable loop for stabilizing a human knee. The loop is arranged to freely move along a conduit within the garment and is provided with a tensioner. The conduit crosses over itself between the lateral and a medial side on the anterior of the leg at least one of above and below the knee to provide compression on the ligaments of the knee when the loop is tensioned. The conduit circles the lower leg at a distal region of the triceps surae, thereby providing an anchor to the lower leg. An anchor is provided at or above the thigh. A method for stabilizing the knee using the tensionable loop involves positioning the garment so as to ensure that the conduit follows a predetermined path on the leg that places the loop over at least one of the two collateral ligaments of the knee and the tensioner is operated to adjust the compression on the ligaments.
