Therapeutic clothing includes a garment adapted to be worn over a lower portion of a body having a waistband and first and second legs extending below the waistband. The therapeutic clothing has a first elongated sensory strip overlying an outside surface of the first leg and extending along the length of the first leg between the waistband and a lower end of the first leg, a first fastening system for releasably attaching the first elongated sensory strip to the outside surface of the first leg, a second elongated sensory strip overlying an outside surface of the second leg and extending along the length of the second leg between the waistband and a lower end of the second leg, and a second fastening system for releasably attaching the second elongated sensory strip to the outside surface of the second leg.

The medical garment includes a top portion including a front portion, a back portion, a neck portion, and two sleeve portions, wherein the front portion is bifurcated from the neck portion to a bottom of the front portions, and wherein each of the two sleeve portions are bifurcated from the neck portion to a sleeve portion opening. The medical garment further includes a bottom portion including a waist portion, a left leg portion, and a right leg portion, wherein the left leg portion and the right leg portion are bifurcated from the waist portion to a groin portion of the lower portion, and wherein the left leg portion and the right leg portion are each bifurcated from the groin portion to a lower end of each of the left leg portion and right leg portion.

A garment for health care use is disclosed. The garment comprises at least one rear panel, at least two front panels and a plurality of releasable seams, positioned along peripheral regions of said at least one rear panel and said at least two front panels for releasably connecting said at least two front panels to said at least one rear panel. Each of the at least two front panels is permanently connected to the at least one rear panel at least one position. At least a portion of one the front panels overlaps the other. The rear and front panels each comprise a plurality of flaps or regions which can be folded over when in use as worn by a wearer, to expose different areas of said wearer's body.

The present disclosure provides generally for ostomy-accessible clothing, particularly sleepwear. According to the present disclosure, the ostomy-accessible clothing may comprise one or more openings. The openings may be configured to adapt to a stoma pouch, wherein the stoma pouch is fitted with or without an external device, such as a drainage bag. The openings may be located on either side of the ostomy-accessible clothing to provide access to a stoma bag. The ostomy-accessible clothing may comprise at least one fastening mechanism. The ostomy-accessible clothing may comprise one or more storage compartments. The stoma pouch may interface with an external device by means of a connecting apparatus. The ostomy-accessible clothing may comprise an elastic portion. When the ostomy-accessible clothing comprises an elastic portion, the elastic portion may comprise an opening. When the elastic portion comprises an opening, the elastic portion's tension may maintain a closed state.

A novel incontinence pant device that is a specialized pair of pants, allowing caregivers to remove soiled pants more easily from a patient in a single piece is disclosed. The incontinence pant device comprises a body component with two leg components. Further, the pant device features a zipper or other closure that can be undone to easily remove the pants in a single piece. Additionally, users can keep the pant device secure around their waist via an elastic band and hook and loop fasteners. Accordingly, if the pant device becomes soiled and needs to be removed from the patient, the caregiver may simply unzip the pant device and remove the pants in a single piece, without risk of an additional mess.
