Methods and systems for estimating tire tread temperature
Methods and systems are provided for estimating a temperature of a tire. The method includes: receiving tire pressure data; and estimating a temperature of a tread of the tire based on the tire pressure data.
Biological sample measuring apparatus
The present invention includes a body case having a biological sample sensor mounting portion on one end side, a temperature sensor (A) provided on the one end side inside the body case, a measurement portion connected to the biological sample sensor mounting portion, and a control portion connected to the measurement portion. A temperature sensor (B) is provided on one other end side inside the body case, and when measurement is performed by the measurement portion, temperature change amounts in the two end portions are compared using the temperature sensors (A) and (B). Furthermore, a measurement value obtained by the measurement portion is corrected using temperature information from either one of the temperature sensors (A) or (B) that is provided in the end portion on the side where the temperature change is smaller.
BATTERY THERMAL MASS
A device for measuring body temperature comprising: a first surface for thermal engagement with a body; a second surface substantially opposed to the first surface such that, in use when the first surface is engaged with a body, the second surface is exposed to a thermal environment of the body; first and second temperature sensors encapsulated within a first material; and a second material located between the first and second temperature sensors and intersecting a first axis passing substantially through the first and second sensors and the first and second surfaces; the device being configured such that the net thermal conductivity across the device is greatest along the first axis; and the second material having a volumetric heat capacity which substantially exceeds that of the first material.
ANALOG SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS THEREOF
Methods and devices are provided for circuits. One device includes an adjustment circuit having an adjustable resistor for modifying a resistance value of a resistive device, the adjustment circuit connected to an adjustment terminal of the resistive device. The resistance value of the adjustable resistor changes, when a voltage or charge on the adjustment terminal of the adjustable resistor is changed. The adjustable resistor is a phase change element with an adjusting terminal to which different voltage values are applied for adjusting a conversion device threshold value.
TEMPERATURE DETECTION DEVICE, ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC TYPE IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND TEMPERATURE DETECTION METHOD

MOTOR TEMPERATURE ESTIMATING DEVICE
In a motor temperature estimating device including: a polyphase motor 1 having a first phase coil, a second phase coil and a third phase coil; current sensors; a determination section that determines whether or not the polyphase motor is rotating; and a transformation section that transforms a first phase output signal from the first phase current sensor, a second phase output signal from the second phase current sensor, and a third phase output signal from the third phase current sensor to output a post-transformation output signal, the post-transformation output signal is inputted to a first temperature estimation section that estimates the temperature of the polyphase motor during rotation, and the first phase output signal, the second phase output signal and the third phase output signal are inputted to a second temperature estimation section that estimates the temperature of the polyphase motor during stop.
Contact type internal thermometer
Provided is a contact type internal thermometer including: a measurement surface that is brought into contact with a surface to be measured of a measurement object; a first temperature sensor stack including a first measurement surface side temperature sensor arranged on a measurement surface side, and a first back surface side temperature sensor arranged on a back surface side; a second temperature sensor stack including a second measurement surface side temperature sensor arranged on a measurement surface side, and a second back surface side temperature sensor arranged on a back surface side; and a controller configured to calculate an internal temperature of the measurement object based on measurement results of the respective temperature sensors, in which the first back surface side temperature sensor and the second back surface side temperature sensor have different surface areas.
