ALUMINUM CROSSLINKING AGENT FOR DIP MOLDING, DIP MOLDING COMPOSITION, GLOVES, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING GLOVES
An aluminum crosslinking agent for dip molding has a sufficient stability enabling use in mass production of gloves and the like, and makes it possible to provide a molded body obtained using the aluminum crosslinking agent, which has sufficient tensile strength and fatigue durability and is soft and elongating; a dip molding composition gloves, and a method for producing gloves are provided. These are an aluminum crosslinking agent for dip molding, including a polynuclear aluminum lactate compound, which has a polynuclear aluminum structure and at least one lactic acid residue. The polynuclear aluminum structure has a structure where a plurality of aluminum atoms are polymerized through one oxygen atom, and has a degree of polymerization of 2 to 20, and lactic acid residues or hydroxyl groups are bonded to remaining valences of the aluminum atom.
GLOVE
A glove device configured for one-handed engagement of a plurality of fingers of a user. The glove has a body having a plurality of covering sections extending from a first end to distal ends of the covering sections. Each covering section is configured for insertion of a finger of a user therein. The plurality of covering sections define members which elevate the first end of the glove above a support surface for distal ends of the covering sections. The glove device can be formed in stacks of adjacent glove device bodies where each has covering sections engaged within the axial cavities of another of the stack.
PLASTIC SURGICAL GLOVES WITH REINFORCED KNUCKLE AND PALM AREAS
The present invention provides a reinforced plastic glove having a coating that prevents piercing so that the glove can be used in the medical field, or in the food field. The surgical gloves are typically made of nitrile, latex, or vinyl. In addition, the reinforcing coating on these gloves can be either the same material as the glove, or the gloves can be coated with polyethylene or different plastics that would be most suitable for providing a reinforcement coating. The reinforcement coating is provided by coating the plastic glove on both the inner and outer surfaces, in the palm area, and in the knuckle area of the glove. The coating on the glove has a thickness in the range of 10 mm to 40 mm, and a width in the palm area of 90 mm on the surface of the glove. Also, the coating in the knuckle area is in the range of 10 mm wide and 50 mm long. The coating can be applied by a dipping process or a spraying process.
PATTERNED GLOVES FOR ENHANCED GRIP
A textured glove with wave pattern embossed on its surface is provided. The glove surface may be partially or wholly embossed with the wave pattern to enhance grip.
GLIDE-ON COATING FOR POLYMERIC GLOVES
Polymeric gloves include a donning-facilitating coating. The donning-facilitating coating facilitates a hand of a user to glide into and out of the glove while either leaving a visible residue on the hand of the user, or not leaving a visible residue on the hand of the user, when the donning-facilitating coating is contacted by the hand of the user.
Safety glove system
The present invention relates to a disposable safety glove system featuring a plurality of layers of inter-nested gloves that are worn simultaneously by a user. The improved disposable glove system of the present invention allows a user to peel away the outermost layer of gloves to reveal a new and sterile set of gloves. The glove system also features a relatively thick wristband to support the plurality of glove layers, a tab that can be used to easily peel off the outermost glove layer once the same has been used and a new pair of gloves is desired, and a numbering system that alerts the user to how many glove layers remain in the glove stack.
COMPOSITION FOR MANUFACTURING GLOVES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GLOVES BY USING COMPOSITION
The present invention provides a composition used for manufacturing gloves comprising polyacrylate, which has glass transition temperature (T.sub.g) under 20 C. The composition comprises characteristics of anti-sticking feature, alcohol resistance, anti-bacteria, anti-mildew, anti-UV, and without allergen. The gloves made by the composition can replace those made by traditional materials such as NBR, PVC, and so on. The composition used for gloves is able to apply to medical and electronics industries.
Glove with a cuff
The glove includes a hand portion, a sleeve portion integral to the hand portion and extending conically outward, a cuff portion integral with the sleeve portion and extending conically outward, and a connection portion between the cuff portion and the sleeve portion. The cuff portion folds over the sleeve portion at the connection portion. The connection portion includes at least one annular ridge with a respective surface, a first V-shaped channel on a first side of the surface, and a second V-shaped channel on a second side of the surface. The V-shaped channels form creases or bottom portions with a thickness smaller than either the sleeve portion, rim portion, or cuff portion. The V-shaped channel preset a pivot for folding the cuff portion over the sleeve portion.
Medical/dental/utility glove with anti-fatigue and ergonomic improvement
The present invention is to an improved glove having both anatomically correlating stress relief zones and/or reinforced zones to add support in areas opposite the stress relief zones to keep bunching or slipping of the glove from interfering with the bending of the user's joints. The glove may have corrugated relief zones over some or all of the joints and knuckles of the hand, wherein the relief zones are formed of peaks and valleys. A relief zone can also be provided over the webbing between the thumb and the palm. The vertical or longitudinal relief zones provide for improved glove quality while keeping manufacturing difficulty and costs at a minimum.
GLOVE WITH LONGITUDINAL STAYS
A glove including a wrist region; a palm region extending outwardly from the wrist region; a plurality of digit regions extending outwardly from the palm region, wherein each digit region of the plurality of digit regions has a longitudinal axis extending along the digit region from the tip of the digit region to the palm region; an interior cavity bounded and defined by the wrist region, the palm region, and the plurality of digit regions, wherein the interior cavity is accessible via an opening defined by the wrist region. At least one gripping zone is provided on at least one digit region of the plurality of digit regions. The at least one gripping zone is oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the at least one digit region.
