RUBBER GLOVE
A glove comprises a first portion formed of a first flexible material and worn on a hand of a user except for the thumb of the hand and an underside portion of the thumb, a second portion formed of a second flexible material and worn on an upper portion of the thumb, and a third portion connecting the first portion with the second portion, formed of a third flexible material, and worn on a lower portion and the underside portion of the thumb, wherein the first portion, the second portion, and the third portion are aligned on substantially the same surface or level when spread or stretched.
Gloves having reinforcements and impact features
Gloves comprising a polymeric coating or layer, optionally including a fabric liner, and at least one reinforcement, disposed on a part(s) of the polymeric coating or layer and/or ac part(s) of the fabric liner, and methods of making the gloves are disclosed.
CHLOROPRENE COPOLYMER LATEX COMPOSITION AND MOLDED PRODUCT THEREOF
There is provided a chloroprene copolymer latex composition capable of obtaining a molded product having excellent mechanical properties and flexibility even when vulcanized and molded under milder conditions than before. A chloroprene copolymer latex composition contains a chloroprene copolymer latex (A), a metal oxide (B), a vulcanization accelerator (C), and an antioxidant (D). The chloroprene copolymer latex (A) is a latex containing particles of a chloroprene copolymer which is a copolymer of chloroprene (A-1), 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene (A-2), and sulfur (A-3). The content of the sulfur (A-3) in the chloroprene copolymer is 0.1 part by mass or more and 1.0 part by mass or less when the total amount of the chloroprene (A-1) and the 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene (A-2) is set to 100 parts by mass.

SaniHanz
A pair of disposable light biodegradable plastic/natural rubber or latex-free gloves into the production and packaging of tampons and feminine pads; alternately, the Sani-Hanz gloves could be produced with a tampon pocket in the center for use in holding a tampon of the lady's choice. With one glove to be used during the insertion process, and one in the removal process, the Sani-Hanz would not only act as a barrier to prevent the user's hand and clothing from contamination by blood spatter and blood-borne pathogens, but also act as a handy disposal bag for both the tampon applicator (first glove) and the soiled tampon (second glove).
ELASTOMERIC ARTICLES, COMPOSITIONS, AND METHODS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION
This application relates to synthetic elastomeric articles, such as gloves, comprising the cured product of a synthetic latex composition, the synthetic latex composition comprising a synthetic carboxylated polymer and a cross-linking composition, the cross-linking composition comprising an aqueous solution of a negatively charged multivalent metal complex ion having a pH of at least 9.0. Also described are compositions for forming the articles, and methods for making the articles, based on the use of the described cross-linking composition. The articles, compositions and methods contain an aqueous solution of a multimetal oxide of the multivalent metal, a hydroxide of the multivalent metal, or a salt of the multivalent metal, such as sodium aluminate, in an amount of less than 0.3 phr. The articles produced have a thickness of between 0.01-3 mm and an unaged tensile strength of at least 15 MPa.
GLOVE
The invention relates to a glove having at least one gripping aid arranged at the periphery of the cuff, the surface of which gripping aid at least partially has patterning, especially knobs and/or grooves, wherein the glove at at least two of the total five finger spaces which are adapted to the fingers of a hand also has a structured surface or patterning, respectively, especially knobs and/or grooves, essentially at the ends of each finger space opposite the cuff which are provided for intake of the fingertips.
Glove and production process thereof
The present invention reduces the minimum detectable volume of a piece of a glove in the detection using a metal detector. A glove made of a rubber or resin film which contains magnetic particles, wherein the quantity of the magnetic particles is 0.2 to less than 40 mass % relative to the whole of the film; and the magnetic particles comprise secondary particles formed by the agglomeration of primary particles.
ELECTROSTATICALLY DISSIPATIVE PROTECTIVE GLOVE AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION
A method for producing a protective glove comprises preheating a dipping mold and fitting a knitted glove onto the dipping mold. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is immersed in a saline solution. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is then removed from the saline solution and dried. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is then immersed into a foamed latex compound with carbon fibers having a diameter between 2 μm to 25 μm. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is then removed from the latex compound and dried. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is then immersed in a water bath and then dried at a temperature between 100° C. to 130° C. before removing the finished glove from the dipping mold.
Safety Glove System
The present invention relates to a disposable safety glove system featuring a plurality of layers of inter-nested gloves that are worn simultaneously by a user. The improved disposable glove system of the present invention allows a user to peel away the outermost layer of gloves to reveal a new and sterile set of gloves. The glove system also features a relatively thick wristband to support the plurality of glove layers, a tab that can be used to easily peel off the outermost glove layer once the same has been used and a new pair of gloves is desired, and a numbering system that alerts the user to how many glove layers remain in the glove stack.
