Sensorized brake pad calibration machines, systems, and methods
Various machines, systems, and methods for generating calibration data for a sensorized brake pad are disclosed. In some embodiments, a system includes a fixture, a brake pad retainer, a pressure plate, an actuator and a controller. The actuator applies a pressure to the sensorized brake pad and signals from the pressure sensors are received. Calibration data is generated based on the signals received from the pressures sensors when the pressure is applied to the sensorized brake pad.
AUTOMOBILE BRAKE ASSEMBLY FATIGUE TEST STAND
The invention discloses an automobile brake assembly fatigue test stand, which includes a base and a thermotank, wherein a mandrel is mounted inside the thermotank, two ends of the mandrel are respectively inserted into a first taper sleeve and a second taper sleeve, the first taper sleeve is mounted inside a hollow brake tooling, one end of the brake tooling is connected with a first bearing pedestal casing, the other end of the brake tooling is connected with a brake, the first bearing pedestal casing is sequentially connected with a brake shaft, a static torque sensor and a support; the second taper sleeve is mounted inside a brake drum tooling through a bearing, one end of the brake drum tooling is connected with a brake drum sleeved on the mandrel while the other end is connected with a brake drum shaft, and the brake drum shaft is sequentially connected with a second bearing pedestal casing, a coupling, a reducer and a first servo motor. The mandrel is additionally mounted between two tooling fixtures, the tooling fixtures can freely rotate around the mandrel and support the two tooling fixtures, so that the rigidity of the tooling fixtures is enhanced, and the stability during testing is guaranteed.
Abnormality diagnosis method, abnormality diagnosis apparatus, and non-transitory computer recording medium
An abnormality diagnosis method that diagnoses abnormality of a braking unit included in a prescribed apparatus that includes: the braking unit including a pressing member, an urging member that urges the pressing member toward an actuator, and an attraction device that releases an urging state of the pressing member that is pressed by the urging member; and a controller configured to control braking by the braking unit and that changes operation programs each including a plurality of operation steps, based on an attraction time period when the pressing member is separated from the actuator to release braking. The abnormality diagnosis method includes: a step of the prescribed apparatus calculating the attraction time period when the prescribed apparatus executes prescribed operation steps associated with corresponding operation programs; and a step of diagnosing abnormality of the braking unit based on the calculated attraction time period.
Brake monitoring
Monitoring a brake that includes first and second braking surfaces and a magnetizing device that, in response to the electric current supplied to them, are arranged to generate a magnetic field that is arranged to move the braking surfaces from a closed state, in which the braking surfaces are connected to each other, to an open state, in which the braking surfaces are separated from each other. Determining the electric current of the brake as the braking surfaces begin to move from the closed state to the open state, determining the maximum electric current of the magnetizing device of the brake in the open state, determining the condition of the brake as a current ratio from the electric current measured as the braking surfaces start to move to the maximum electric current.
