The present application provides an adapter (20) for a manifold gauge assembly (1) for use on a fluid system, for example an HVAC-R system. The manifold gauge assembly (1) comprises a manifold (3) for connection to the fluid system, and a pressure gauge (14) arranged to detect a fluid pressure in the manifold (3). The adapter (20) comprises a tube (23) having connectors (27, 28) for fluidly connecting the adapter (20) to the pressure gauge (14) and to the manifold (3). The adapter also includes an electronic pressure sensor (21) arranged to detect a fluid pressure in the tube (23), and a communications unit (22) configured to receive data from the electronic pressure sensor (21) and to communicate with a remote device (32).

Diaphragm type ultra-thin pressure gauge

The present invention discloses a diaphragm type ultra-thin pressure gauge, including a mounting base, a gauge core inner cover and an elastic diaphragm. The gauge core inner cover includes an inner cover body portion covering on the top surface of the mounting base and an inner cover edge portion located at the outer side of the lower end of the inner cover body portion. An edge of the elastic diaphragm is fixedly clamped between an inner side of the inner cover edge portion and the top surface of the mounting base. The mounting base and the gauge core inner cover are made of a hot-melt plastic. The outer side of the inner cover edge portion is in hot-melt adhesion with the top surface of the mounting base. A diaphragm central hole is provided in the middle of the elastic diaphragm.

Diaphragm type ultra-thin pressure gauge

The present invention discloses a diaphragm type ultra-thin pressure gauge, including a mounting base, a gauge core inner cover and an elastic diaphragm. The gauge core inner cover includes an inner cover body portion covering on the top surface of the mounting base and an inner cover edge portion located at the outer side of the lower end of the inner cover body portion. An edge of the elastic diaphragm is fixedly clamped between an inner side of the inner cover edge portion and the top surface of the mounting base. The mounting base and the gauge core inner cover are made of a hot-melt plastic. The outer side of the inner cover edge portion is in hot-melt adhesion with the top surface of the mounting base. A diaphragm central hole is provided in the middle of the elastic diaphragm.

Pressure gauge configured to facilitate battery replacement

A pressure gauge includes an introduction member, a connection member, a bourdon tube, a pointer, a dial plate, a detector, and an information communication unit. A battery installed in the information communication unit is disposed between a circuit board and a lid. The information communication unit is inserted in a through hole of the dial plate to be disposed astride between a front surface and a rear surface of the dial plate and the lid is disposed on a side of the information communication unit close to the front surface of the dial plate.

A depth selector or current depth provider for use by a variable speed air system. As a depth selector it is preferably in the form of a rotary switch on the user interface for the air system. The rotary switch can have 3 positions for maximum depth selections, such as, without limitation 15, 25, and 65 feet. Other depth values and number of depth selections provided can be used and all are considered within the scope of the disclosure. A microcontroller of the system reads the voltage from the voltage divider created by the rotary switch selection to determine which position the rotary switch is in. The microcontroller uses this information to set the upper and lower pressure limits for the dive.
