Provided is a measurement and monitoring device including: at least one leaky feeder, at least one electromagnetic transmitter connected to the least one leaky feeder for transmitting a first electromagnetic signal towards a target object, at least one electromagnetic receiver connected to the least one leaky feeder for a second electromagnetic signal reflected from the target object when the first electromagnetic signal hits the target object, a hardware circuit including: a processing unit for determining properties of the target object, a signal processing module receiving as input the first electromagnetic signal and/or the second electromagnetic signal for generating a spectral information in the frequency and/or time domain of the first electromagnetic signal and/or the second electromagnetic signal, a storage unit connected to the processing unit.
Fatigue test assessment method
A fatigue test assessment method for assessing a suspension point of a cylinder block by means of a fatigue test includes: fixing a suspension point of a cylinder block test piece by using a power assembly installation approach; applying a load to the suspension point of the cylinder block test piece in a preset direction; and determining whether the suspension point of the cylinder block fails. The method can ascertain, by means of assessment during a stage of parts testing, whether the structural strength of a suspension point of a cylinder block meets user requirements, so as to predict and prevent breakage of and faults in the suspension point of the cylinder block, thereby enhancing overall test validity.
Dual slider mechanism
An apparatus for automated inspection or maintenance is provided. The apparatus includes a dual slider mechanism for deploying a probe. The dual slider mechanism comprises: a frame; a probe slider configured to attach the probe; a probe linear guide coupled to the frame and configured to guide the probe slider and attached probe in a linear direction; a spring having one end attached to the probe slider; a spring slider attached to another end of the spring; and a spring linear guide coupled to the frame and configured to guide the spring slider and attached spring in the linear direction, in order to guide the probe slider and attached probe in the linear direction along the probe linear guide using the guided spring.
Method for testing a rotor blade component of a rotor blade for a wind power installation, and rotor blade component
A method for testing a rotor blade component of a rotor blade for a wind power installation, comprising: dividing a rotor blade component of a rotor blade for a wind power installation into two, three or more rotor blade component segments, forming cutouts in a connection interface at a connection end of one of the rotor blade component segments. A rotor blade component segment of a rotor blade for a wind power installation, the rotor blade component segment comprising a connection end which has been formed by dividing a rotor blade component of a rotor blade for a wind power installation into two, three or more rotor blade component segments, a connection interface at the connection end of the rotor blade component segment, and cutouts which are formed in the connection interface and serve for connection of the rotor blade component segment to a test stand.
Bridge detecting vehicle with two foldable arms
A bridge detecting vehicle with two foldable arms, including: a vehicle body, slewing mechanisms, horizontal and vertical arms and telescopic arms. One end of the two horizontal arms is respectively arranged on the slewing mechanisms, and the other end of the two horizontal arms is respectively connected to the two horizontal arms. A crossed arm is provided between the two horizontal arms. The two vertical arms are respectively connected to the two horizontal arms via ball joints. A detecting device is respectively provided at rear ends of the two telescopic arms.
Apparatus for automated maintenance of aircraft structural elements
Devices for maintaining crawler alignment on complex-shaped blades and for enabling the blade crawler to traverse over trailing edge protrusions. Using ball and socket bearings or air pads in place of alignment wheels, the crawler will be able to track along complex-geometry rotor blades, propellers and other airfoils. Using an oversized-diameter roller, a semi-flexible roller, or a dual-roller arrangement, the crawler will be able to traverse over trailing edge protrusions.
Method for Determining the Compliance of a Cavity of Elastic Medical Products fror Leakage Testing
The invention relates to a method for determining cavity volumes of rubber-elastic medical products (e.g., latex products) for destruction-free leakage testing and to devices for carrying out said method.
DETECTION SYSTEM AND DETECTION METHOD
A detection system contains a sensing device including a vibration unit for applying vibration to the inspection target, the vibration unit attached to the inspection target, a driving circuit for supplying an electric signal to the vibration unit for driving the vibration unit and a sensor for detecting vibration of the inspection target caused by the vibration applied from the vibration unit; and a detection processing device for receiving vibration information related to the vibration of the inspection target detected by the sensor from the sensing device and detecting the state change of the inspection target based on the vibration information. The vibration unit includes a coil, a spring, and a magnet.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING TUNNEL BLOCK FALLING DISEASE BASED ON VISUAL AND MECHANICAL PERCEPTION
A method and system for detecting a tunnel block falling disease based on visual and mechanical perception includes: capturing tunnel inner wall images, and preliminarily identifying a block falling disease using a trained first neural network model; constructing a circle based on a center which is the center position of the suspected disease determined in the preliminary identification process, dividing the circle equally through a plurality of diameters, pressing against the center of the suspected block falling disease in a pose perpendicular to the inner wall of the tunnel, moving in the diameter directions within the range of the suspected block falling disease, recording the displacement, and acquiring force and torque at the suspected block falling disease position during the movement; and determining the suspected tunnel block falling disease based on the acquired displacement, force and torque, using a second neural network model, and determining the tunnel block falling disease.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PERFORMING NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Methods and systems for performing a validation process on a part to be process are provided. An identifier associated with the part is received. A listing of at least one automated process based on the identifier is displayed. An indication of a selected automated process from the listing is received. First instructions are transmitted to an automated process device for performing an automated processing program in accordance with the selected automated process. Processing results associated with the part are received from the automated process device. Second instructions are transmitted to a validation process device for performing a validation program in accordance with a validation process associated with the selected automated process. Validation results associated with the part are received from the validation process device. The processing results and the validation results are stored in association with the identifier.
