A sensor device for determining at least one parameter of a fluid medium flowing through a duct, e.g., an intake air mass flow of an internal combustion engine, includes: a sensor housing, e.g., a sensor plug that is placed or that can be placed into a flow tube, in which the duct is fashioned; and at least one sensor chip situated in the duct for determining the parameter of the fluid medium. The sensor chip has a sensor area. The sensor housing has an inlet into the duct that is oriented opposite a main direction of flow of the fluid medium, and has at least one outlet from the duct. The sensor area is covered at least partly by an electrically conductive layer.
Method for operating an ignition device
A method for operating an ignition device for an internal combustion engine, in which via a rotating magnetic pole wheel a voltage signal with a number of positive and negative half-waves is produced in at least one coil arrangement that is located on a core leg of an iron core during each rotation of the magnetic pole wheel, wherein the voltage signal is used to determine the gap width of the air gap between the magnetic pole wheel and the core leg.

CONTROL DEVICE FOR DYNAMOMETER SYSTEM
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a control device for a dynamometer system, with which, by a simple method, an unloaded state can be reproduced highly accurately when a test piece is started. A dynamo control device 6 is provided with: an integral control input computation unit 611 for computing the integral value of axle torque deviation, and multiplying the sum thereof and a correction value by an integral gain to compute an integral control input; a correction value computation unit 612 for multiplying an inertia compensation quantity Jcmp by the dynamo rotation frequency to compute a correction value; a non-integral control input computation unit 613 for designating, as a non-integral control input, the output of a prescribed transmission function Ge0(s) having axle torque deviation as input; and a totaling unit 614 for totaling the integral control input and the non-integral control input in order to generate a torque current command signal to the dynamometer. The transmission function Ge0(s) of the non-integral control input computation unit 613 is derived by separating the integrator from a transmission function Ge(s) having an axle torque control function, in such a way as to satisfy the relational equation (Ge(s)=Ki/s+Ge0(s)).
METHOD FOR CHECKING THE ASSOCIATION OF STRUCTURE-BORNE NOISE SENSORS WITH CYLINDERS OF AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
A method for checking the association of structure-borne noise sensors of an internal combustion engine having a plurality of cylinders, which internal combustion engine can be operated in diesel operation or with individualized gas injection and in the case of which internal combustion engine a structure-borne noise sensor is arranged in the region of each cylinder, wherein the output signals of the structure-borne noise sensors reflect a knock index and are captured by a computing unit, wherein the internal combustion engine is operated in order to perform the method. The output signals of all structure-borne noise sensors are determined during at least one working cycle, which is formed by two revolutions of a crankshaft, in the respective positions of the crankshaft. The output signal of a cylinder is compared with the average value or the median value of the output signals of other cylinders.
