A method for communicating with an under-test object and a communicating system are provided. The method includes the following steps. A command signal is provided from a processing unit of the communicating system to the under-test object, and the processing unit waits for receiving a response signal from the under-test object. If the response signal from the under-test object 5 has not been received by the processing unit for a predetermined waiting time period, the command signal is provided to the under-test object again and the predetermined waiting time period is adjusted. There is an exponential relation between the predetermined waiting time period and the number of times the command signal is provided to the under-test object.

Hydraulic crimper tool

The sensor is configured to detect an operational parameter of the hydraulic drive during an operation by the hydraulic drive. The first electronic processor is configured to store a plurality of data points based on the operational parameter detected during the operation and send the plurality of data points to an external device. The external device includes a display screen and a second electronic processor configured to receive the plurality of data points from the hydraulic power tool, control the display screen to display an expected data point for the operational parameter for the operation, and control the display screen to display an actual data curve based on the plurality of data points, the actual data curve overlaid on the expected data point.

ENHANCED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONDUCTING PCA ANALYSIS ON DATA SIGNALS

Systems and methods relating to fault detection and diagnosis. Signals received from sensors are first filtered to remove noise and are then analyzed using wavelet packet transform (WPT) based PCA. The results of the PCA analysis are then automatically classified to thereby quickly and easily determine what issues there may be in a finished product or in a machine being monitored.

OVERFILL PREVENTION VALVE WITH REMOTE TESTING
20230184350 · 2023-06-15 ·

An overfill-prevention valve system includes a testing mechanism, operable by a user from the inlet end of the drop tube, which can be used to verify proper valve function without actually filling the storage tank. The testing mechanism allows the user to actuate the valve manually using a test probe, such as by elevating a float to simulate a full storage tank. The testing mechanism may be located upstream of the valve to facilitate the testing operation without interfering with the valve body. The mechanism may further provide non-contact functionality, such as with magnetic actuators on either side of the drop tube wall, to eliminate a potential test mechanism leak points. The test probe used to actuate the test mechanism may be shaped to define a desired rotational position at the test location within the drop tube, ensuring proper rotational alignment of the magnetic actuators.

DETERMINING DEVICE AND DETERMINING METHOD

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a determining device and a determining method to determine whether an inspected jet nozzle is defective by inspecting the jet nozzle for injecting a jet stream with long ground penetrating distance at a stage before installing in a construction site where a large diameter jet grouting method is used. To achieve this purpose, with this invention, in which a nozzle to be inspected is mounted onto an outlet port, a jet stream is ejected from a jet stream generating device, and measurement data measured by a pressure sensing unit when the jet stream impacts the pressure sensing unit is processed with a controlling device (for example, a computer), a nozzle to be inspected is determined to be a non-defective product if a first ratio is no less than a first prescribed value, a second ratio is no less than a second prescribed value, and a third ratio is no less than a third prescribed value.
