DATA GENERATION APPARATUS, DATA GENERATION METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
In a data generation apparatus, an acquisition unit acquires original data which are odor data measured in a specific environment. A generation unit performs a linear transformation with respect to the original data, and generates augmented data which are odor data in an environment where temperature and humidity are different from those in the specific environment.
GAS DETECTION SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD FOR GAS DETECTION SYSTEM
A gas detection system includes a gas sensor, and a filter unit. The gas sensor is configured to detect detection target molecules. The filter unit is disposed at a reference gas supply passage. The reference gas supply passage connects a reference gas inlet port from which a reference gas is introduced, and a sensor chamber in which the gas sensor is housed. The filter unit includes at least a first filter configured to reduce the detection target molecules in the reference gas, and a second filter configured to reduce moisture in the reference gas. Each of the first filter and the second filter has a separation membrane including hollow fibers.
MANAGEMENT METHOD, MEASURING METHOD, MEASURING DEVICE, CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR SENSOR, AND SET
The present invention provides a management method, a measuring method, a measuring device, a crystal oscillator sensor and a set for more easily managing the purity of a chemical liquid containing an organic solvent. The management method of the present invention is a management method of managing a purity of a chemical liquid containing an organic solvent by sensing impurities in the chemical liquid. The management method includes Step 1 of preparing a target chemical liquid containing an organic solvent; Step 2 of bringing the target chemical liquid into contact with a crystal oscillator sensor including an adsorption layer that adsorbs the impurities and a crystal oscillator and obtaining an amount of change in a resonance frequency of the crystal oscillator resulting from contact of the target chemical liquid; and Step 3 of managing the purity of the chemical liquid by comparing whether or not the obtained amount of change in the resonance frequency falls within a permissible range of the amount of change in the resonance frequency based on a preset purity of the target chemical liquid. In Step 2, at least a part of a liquid contact portion coming into contact with the target chemical liquid is made of a fluorine-based resin.
NOISE REMOVING APPARATUS, NOISE REMOVING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
In a noise removing apparatus, a data acquisition unit acquires sets of odor data measured using a sensor with respect to a plurality of objects, each set of odor data representing features of an odor of an object by respective rates of a plurality of odor molecules. A noise component extraction unit extract a noise component using a set of odor data. A noise removing unit removes the noise component from each set of odor data to be processed.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING CHARACTERISTICS OF SUPER-ABSORBENTS
In a method of measuring parameters of superabsorbents, the absorption capacity of superabsorbents is determined under pressure, by reducing the pressure applied to a sample of the superabsorbent stepwise and determining the absorption capacity at each pressure. In addition, the rise in absorption capacity after a reduction in pressure is measured as a function of time and this is used to calculate the swelling constant k or the characteristic swelling time τ. Swelling constant or characteristic swelling time or the magnitude of the difference in absorption capacity at two different pressures are used to determine further parameters of the superabsorbent.

Odor measurement apparatus and odor data management apparatus
An odor measurement apparatus includes an odor sensor detecting an odor and an imaging device having a lens portion, in which an imaging direction of the imaging device and an introduction direction of air when the air is guided to a sensor surface of the odor sensor through an introduction port are substantially the same direction. The odor measurement apparatus detects odor substances contained in air using a sensor when an odor is measured, and measures attribute information of a measurement target or the like of the odor. An odor data management apparatus stores and manages odor data measured by the odor measurement apparatus.
