A method includes transporting a solution in which a target molecule is dissolved into a channel including a measurement area by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and a hydrogel layer provided in the middle of the measurement area to obtain a first measurement result by surface plasmon resonance at a portion where the hydrogel layer is not formed in the measurement area and a second measurement result by surface plasmon resonance at a portion where the hydrogel layer is formed in the measurement area, and evaluating a diffusion rate of the molecules in the hydrogel by comparing the first measurement result with the second measurement result.

A permeability evaluation method for evaluating permeability of heavy metal ions through a specimen, comprising a step of, in a state in which a first liquid containing heavy metal ions and a second liquid containing water and an organic solvent are separated by a specimen, applying a voltage between a positive electrode provided on the side of the first liquid and a negative electrode provided on the side of the second liquid and measuring the value of the current flowing between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein the specimen contains an insulating material used in semiconductor production, and the heavy metal ion concentration of the first liquid is 0.5 mg/kg or more.
Device and method for measuring Soret coefficient
Disclosed are a device and a method for measuring a Soret coefficient. The device comprises a control component, a diffusion mechanism, a temperature regulating component and a circulation mechanism. The diffusion mechanism comprises a liquid flow tank; the side wall of the inner cavity of the liquid flow tank is fixedly connected with an insulating layer; the side wall of that liquid flow tank is communicated with a plurality of liquid taking components; the circulation mechanism comprises a transfer unit, a cooling component and a heating unit; a temperature regulating component is fixedly connected between the liquid flow tank and the cooling component; the bottom surface of the heating unit is fixedly connected with the top surface of the liquid flow tank; the cooling component and the heating unit are respectively communicated with the transfer unit; the transfer unit is electrically connected with the control component.
METHOD FOR MEASURING DIFFUSION PERFORMANCE OF ACID DYE IN COLOR PASTE
The invention provides a method for measuring the diffusion performance of an acid dye in a color paste, comprising preparing a primary paste and placing the primary paste into a transparent cylindrical container; adding a dye to the primary paste formulate a color paste, and flatly and uniformly paving a layer of the color paste on an upper surface of the primary paste; performing constant-temperature treatment at 60-95 C. on the cylindrical container, so that the dye in the color paste on the top of the blank primary paste in the cylindrical container diffuses downwards to the bottom of the cylinder; and sampling the primary paste from a sampling hole, and diluting the sampled primary paste with deionized water. The method of the invention has simple operation steps, reliable and safe experiments, highly stable test data and good reproducibility of results, and high temperature and high pressure are not required herein.

Film evaluation system and evaluation method thereof are provided. The film evaluation system includes a measurement unit, an observation unit, an adaptive algorithm unit, an estimation unit, and a health state calculation unit. The measurement unit obtains an initial state parameter set corresponding to a film. The observation unit is connected to the measurement unit and obtains a flux observation value according to the initial state parameter set. The adaptive algorithm unit is connected to the observation unit and obtains a flux prediction value according to the initial state parameter set. The estimation unit is connected to the adaptive algorithm unit and obtains a diffusion rate and a flow resistance by comparing the flux observation value and the flux prediction value. The health state calculation unit is connected to the estimation unit and obtains a health state of the film according to the diffusion rate and the flow resistance.
