A combination nursing article includes a first piece and a second piece. The first piece may include an upper portion, a lower portion, and an empire waist between the upper and lower portions. The upper portion may include an upper inner layer configured to extend around a bust of a wearer. The second piece may include an upper outer layer configured to be worn as a camisole bra over the upper inner layer. The second piece may also include an elastomeric band configured to extend over the first piece, below breasts and around a torso of the wearer. When worn, a lower edge of the second piece is configured to be lifted and pulled upwardly to expose an upper edge of the upper inner portion and the upper edge of the upper inner portion is configured to be pulled downwardly to expose a nipple for nursing.

Silk performance apparel and methods of preparing the same are disclosed herein. Aspects herein are directed to an article of apparel having a vent opening formed by overlapping the edges of a first panel and a second panel. A plurality of discrete overlay film structures are applied to the second panel adjacent to the vent opening. When the article of apparel is exposed to an external stimulus, the film structures undergo a reversible increase in dimension in at least the z-direction which cause the second panel of material to undergo a reversible decrease in dimension in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the vent opening thereby causing the vent opening to dynamically transition from a closed state to an open state.

A swimwear garment configured to be worn by a wearer having buttocks, the swimwear garment comprising an outer rear layer and a rear compression layer. The outer rear layer defines rear portions of two leg openings and extends upwardly toward a waist of the swimwear garment in a manner configured to at least partially cover the buttocks of the wearer. The rear compression layer is coupled to the outer rear layer along an inside surface of the outer rear layer and defines a bottom periphery and opposing side edges. The rear compression layer extends upwardly from the bottom periphery to at least to the waist of the swimwear garment. Each of the opposing side edges of the rear compression layer are sewn to the outer rear layer. The bottom periphery of compression fabric layer is entirely positioned above the at least rear portions of the leg openings.

A burn treatment glove for alleviating pain resulting from a burn and preventing infection includes a glove comprising a contoured layer constructed of an elastically stretchable, liquid-impermeable material. An elastic tension force in the glove compresses a hand wearing the glove for improved blood flow and reduced swelling. A medicinal liquid coats a portion of the interior surface, which applies to a burn on the skin of the hand when the burn contacts the liquid.
