Process vessel insulation monitoring

An industrial process vessel insulation monitoring system for monitoring an insulated section of a process vessel containing a process material includes one or more condition sensors and a controller. The condition sensors are configured to sense at least one environmental condition, such as temperature, humidity, moisture level, and/or chemical composition, and generate condition outputs that are indicative of the corresponding sensed condition. The controller is configured to detect at least one section condition relating to the insulated section based on the condition output, and generate condition information relating to the at least one detected section condition. Examples of the section conditions include a thermal resistance of an insulation of the insulated section, damage or degradation to an insulation of the insulated section, corrosion of the process vessel at the insulated section, conditions that promote corrosion of the process vessel, and moisture intrusion to the insulation.

A thermal humidity measuring device includes a first bridge circuit that includes a first heating element that senses humidity, and a second bridge circuit that includes a second heating element that heats air around the first heating element. In the thermal humidity measuring device, a first output signal is extracted from the first bridge circuit, and the humidity is sensed. A second output signal is extracted from the second bridge circuit, and the second output signal includes information relating to at least any one of pressure, an air flow rate, and air temperature.

The method includes maintaining the first temperature and the first relative humidity for a first period, wherein during the first period a core humidity of the plurality of cells in the core layer approaches the first relative humidity level. The method includes determining that the core humidity has reached the first relative humidity level. The method includes, based on determining that the core humidity has reached the first relative humidity level, adjusting the first temperature to a second temperature.

The invention discloses a MEMS sensor detection device and a MEMS sensor system, wherein the MEMS sensor detection device comprises: a readout circuit used for analog signal processing of the output signal of the MEMS sensor to generate detection voltage; a cancellation voltage generation circuit used for generating a gravity cancellation voltage according to the detection voltage, wherein the gravity cancellation voltage and the gravity acceleration are in a positive proportional relationship; a selection circuit used for selecting the detection voltage output in a feedback phase and selecting the gravity cancellation voltage output in a gravity cancellation phase, wherein in one detection period, the feedback phase is located after the gravity cancellation phase; and a feedback circuit used for generating a feedback voltage according to the output voltage of the selection circuit, wherein the feedback voltage is in a positive proportional relationship with the output voltage of the selection circuit. The MEMS sensor detection device and the MEMS sensor system disclosed by the invention can cancel the influence of gravity acceleration and improve the sensitivity of the MEMS sensor system.
