SHOE OR APPAREL WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURED ELEMENT
A shoe or apparel, including a first material layer with a first plurality of protrusions, a flexible layer with a plurality of apertures, and a second material layer. The flexible layer is positioned between the first material layer and the second material layer. Each protrusion of the first plurality of protrusions of the first material layer extends through at least one aperture of the plurality of apertures of the flexible layer and is connected to the second material layer. The flexible layer is not connected to the first material layer and the second material layer, and thereby can freely move between the first material layer and the second material layer.
CLOTH HAVING GAS SHEET
In one aspect, there is provided a fabric containing gas therein, the fabric comprising a weave between warps and wefts, wherein each warp includes an elongate array of a plurality of individual gas cells, wherein neighboring gas cells are physically coupled to each other via a connection, wherein the connection is monolithic with the gas cells, and each cell contains the gas therein.
BRAKING DEVICE FOR CLOTHING GEAR FOR MOTORCYCLISTS AND THE LIKE
A body of one or more rubber bands or the like, which can be implemented in multiple ways on the exterior of protective clothing, such as overalls, jackets, trousers, gloves, boots and helmets. The bands or bodies are made from abrasion resistant, slide resistant fabric. The bands are sliding resistant. Each band is arranged over a cushioned or rigid base on the outside of the clothing in order to securely integrate the bands or bodies into the clothing. The elastic and slide resisting nature of the rubber bodies or bands produce an opposing force against the sliding force experienced by the wearer, such as a motorcyclist, which significantly reduces the speed of the sliding movement until the wearer stops.
ARTICLE OF APPAREL
An article of apparel includes a first layer and a second layer. The first layer includes a four way stretch material. The second layer, coupled to the first layer, includes an auxetic layer.
Energy absorbing system
A flexible energy absorbing system comprising a material coated, impregnated and/or combined with a strain rate sensitive substance is disclosed. It is formed so as to define repeating adjacent cells, each cell having a re-entrant geometry such that, upon impact, the material locally densifies at the impact site.
Breathable, wicking nonwoven material
An article including one or more moisture wicking layers and one or more fibrous layers. The fibrous layers may have generally vertically oriented fibers, which may be oriented generally perpendicularly to a surface having or producing moisture. The article may be adapted to remove moisture form the surface having or producing moisture. The article may be breathable. The article may be quick drying. The article may provide cushioning. The article may be a wearable item.
Glove, in particular goalkeeper glove, material for a glove, and method for producing a glove
A material for a glove, in particular a goalkeeper glove, comprises a carrier layer, a first material layer and at least one second material layer, wherein the first material layer and the at least one second material layer are applied to the carrier layer alongside one another such that the first material layer and the at least one second material layer immediately adjoin one another in a transition region. Furthermore, a glove, in particular a goalkeeper glove, comprises an inside hand part and an outside hand part, wherein the inside hand part and the outside hand part are joined together by stitching either directly or by way of a gusset arranged between the inside hand part and outside hand part, wherein at least the inside hand part of the glove is produced from such a material.
