TOBACCO PAPER DISPENSER
A device for storing and dispensing rolling paper for rolling cigars or similar smoking articles is provided. The device includes a tube having a slit along the length of the tube, a cap for capping an open end of the tube, and a sheath for enclosing the tube. A roll of rolling paper is stored within the tube and dispensed through the slit in the tube. The paper can be torn to roll a cigar of any desired length. The cap is removable for replacing the roll of paper when it has been completely used. The sheath is used to seal the paper within the interior of the tube when the dispenser is not being used. When sealed, rolling paper containing tobacco will not lose its moisture content, which prevents the paper from becoming brittle between uses.
Apparatuses for Dispensing and Cutting Smoking Wrappers and Methods for Using the Same
The present invention relates to apparatuses useful for dispensing and cutting smoking wrappers, such as tobacco wrappers and the like for use in smoking articles. More specifically, the present invention comprises a dispensing roll for smoking wrappers and a cutting device useful for cutting the smoking wrappers. Methods for using the same are further provided.
Feed apparatus and method for automatically feeding casings for smoking articles
A feed apparatus for automatically feeding casings for smoking articles toward a transport member includes a feed unit disposed in a position above the transport member and configured to temporarily support the casings before they are fed to the transport member below, and a conveyor unit interposed between the feed unit and the transport member to selectively pick up the casings from the feed unit and send them to the transport member.
CANNABIS CIGARETTE ROLLING DEVICE
A cannabis cigarette rolling device includes a housing that has a wrapper inlet and a cigar hole and a cannabis inlet. A slicing unit is positioned within the housing to receive the cigar and slice the cigar to remove a tobacco wrapper of the cigar. The wrapper inlet receives the tobacco wrapper from the slicing unit. A grinding unit is positioned within the housing to receive cannabis flower and grind the cannabis flower into a granular material. A roller unit is pivotally mounted in the housing to receive the tobacco rolling sheet or the tobacco wrapper of the cigar and the granular material. The roller unit rolls the tobacco rolling sheet or the tobacco wrapper of the cigar around the granular material to produce a cannabis cigarette commonly referred to as a blunt. The roller unit subsequently ejects the blunt from the housing for the smoking enjoyment of a user.
Storage containers, products, and methods of packing a smokable product
Storage containers, products, and methods of packing a smoking product are described. An example storage container has a main body that has a first end, a second end, a lengthwise axis, a width, and defines a chamber and an indicium. The lengthwise axis has a midpoint. Each of the first end and second end is moveable from a sealed configuration to an unsealed configuration. The width of the main body tapers from the second end toward the first end. The indicium is defined at a location between the midpoint of the lengthwise axis and the first end and extends along a portion of the width of the main body. The main body has a first width at the location between the midpoint of the lengthwise axis and the first end and a second width at the second end. The first width is less than the second width.

Tray loading and unloading system
A tray loading and unloading system has a first station with a tray mounted to a tray retainer. The tray retainer is mounted to a tray carriage. The tray carriage slides on a tray retainer rail between a tray retracted position and a tray extended position. The tray starts as an empty tray at the tray retracted position and travels to the tray extended position to receive product tubes at the tray extended position. The tray extended position has a first pushing tamper that pushes product tubes from a first loading cup into the tray. A first loading arm loads product tubes from a first loading tube into the first loading cup.
