METHOD FOR SCREENING OF A CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE
The invention relates to a method for screening of at least one chemical substance by treatment of plant material, comprising the following process steps: a) Applying the plant material into a cavity; b) Treatment of the plant material with the chemical substance; c) Creating at least one dataset showing at least one phenotypical characteristic of the plant material after treatment with the chemical substance; and d) Assigning the chemical substance based on the dataset to at least one site of action (SoA) and/or at least one mode of action (MoA) of a multitude of stored SoA and/or MoA by using a SoA- and/or MoA-compendium containing data regarding dependencies between phenotypical characteristics of at least one plant material treated by at least one reference substance of a known SoA and/or MoA.
Anti-Gliadin Antibodies
The present invention provides anti-gliadin antibodies and antibody fragments, and polypeptides encoding the antibodies or fragment. Also disclosed are methods and kits for the use of such antibodies, fragments, or polypeptides in detection of gliadin. Further provided are heavy chain and light chain variable sequences and associated sequences of complementarity-determining regions (CDRs).
EUCOMMIA ULMOIDES OLIV. LEAF EXTRACT CAPABLE OF PROTECTING HEALTH OF KIDNEY FUNCTION, AND PREPARATION AND DETECTION METHODS THEREOF
The present invention belongs to the field of drug preparation and detection, and particularly discloses a preparation method for a Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaf extract. The extract is obtained from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves (the mixture of the Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves and Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. male flower) by enzymolysis and extraction of ethanol and water, and can effectively solve the problem that the extract is not easy to spray dry (the Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves contain colloidal substances). The pharmacodynamic experiment proves that the Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaf extract has good effect of protecting the health of the renal function. The present invention also develops a detection method for the extract, which not only realizes the quality control of the extract, but also has the advantages of good repeatability and stability.
VASCULAR SAP MEASUREMENT SENSOR
A vascular sap measurement sensor includes an indicator electrode probe, a reference electrode probe, and a supporting portion. The indicator electrode probe is an ion-sensitive field effect transistor. The reference electrode probe includes a solid reference electrode, the solid reference electrode including a base layer, a silver chloride layer, and a chloride layer, the base layer being formed of an electrically conductive body, the silver chloride layer being formed on a surface of the base layer, the chloride layer being formed on a surface of the silver chloride layer. The supporting portion supports the indicator electrode probe and the reference electrode probe arranged in parallel.
Reliable and robust method for the analysis of cannabinoids and terpenes in cannabis
The present invention teaches methods useful for accurately and precisely analyzing cannabis plants, plant parts, and extract samples. In particular, the present invention teaches methods of extracting, and quantifying cannabinoid and terpene constituents.
