APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROTECTING COSMETIC ENHANCEMENTS
An apparatus for protecting cosmetic enhancements, such as false eyelashes, eyelash extensions, or enhanced eyebrows from water, such as shower water, is disclosed. The protective apparatus may comprise a headband, a visor, and left and right ear pieces. The protective apparatus may be worn above a wearer's eyebrow lines and may adjust to create a water impervious seal with a wearer's forehead or face. A structure comprising a combination of the headband and left and right ear pieces' may create the water impervious seal between the protective apparatus and the wearer's face or forehead. A combination of all or any of the above-listed elements may support deflecting water from the cosmetic enhancements. The water impervious seal may minimize water seepage to the wearer's cosmetic enhancements. The present invention may include alternate formations for the visor and ear pieces.
BASEBALL CAP
Baseball caps to be worn on a person's head are provided. According to one embodiment, a baseball cap includes a dome configured to be placed on the wearer's head, wherein the dome includes one or more panels and one or more cooling channels. The baseball cap also includes a hub positioned at a top of the dome. The hub comprises a central cavity and one or more conduits in gaseous communication with the one or more cooling channels of the dome. A coolant output port is provided in gaseous communication with the central cavity of the hub. The coolant output port is configured to supply a coolant gas to the one or more cooling channels of the dome via the central cavity of the hub.
Hat holder device
A hat holder device for securing a billed hat to a surface. The hat holder device includes an upper wall attached to a lower wall, forming a bill pocket therebetween configured to slidably and removably secure a bill of the billed hat therein. The upper wall is attached to the lower wall by two attachment blocks, or enclosed stitching, and the upper wall is attachable to the surface by any suitable means, including clips, straps, and the like. The hat holder device is useful for securing the billed hat to a visor of a vehicle, a headrest of the vehicle, a backpack, an interior wall of a building, an exterior wall of the building, or any other surface.

Hat with exendable visor
A hat with an adjustable visor includes a shell disposed on a user's head, an upper visor coupled to the shell and having a plurality of elongated slots, each elongated slot having a pair of rails extending along opposing side walls of the elongated slot, and a lower visor slidably mounted to the upper visor and having a plurality of tab assemblies, each tab assembly slidably mounted to the pair of rails of one of the plurality of elongated slots in the upper visor. The lower visor slidably adjusts relative to the shell to enable the plurality of tab assemblies of the lower visor to traverse the pairs of rails in the plurality of elongated slots of the upper visor, thereby extending the lower visor beyond the upper visor in an extended position or retracting the lower visor to align with the upper visor in a retracted position.
Hat with exendable visor
A hat with an adjustable visor includes a shell disposed on a user's head, an upper visor coupled to the shell and having a plurality of elongated slots, each elongated slot having a pair of rails extending along opposing side walls of the elongated slot, and a lower visor slidably mounted to the upper visor and having a plurality of tab assemblies, each tab assembly slidably mounted to the pair of rails of one of the plurality of elongated slots in the upper visor. The lower visor slidably adjusts relative to the shell to enable the plurality of tab assemblies of the lower visor to traverse the pairs of rails in the plurality of elongated slots of the upper visor, thereby extending the lower visor beyond the upper visor in an extended position or retracting the lower visor to align with the upper visor in a retracted position.

A head-mounted display apparatus includes a wearing device, a display-source arrangement portion and an optical assembly. The wearing device has a head-wearing portion and a hat brim portion connected to the head-wearing portion. The display-source arrangement portion is connected with the hat brim portion. The optical assembly is movably disposed on the hat brim portion, and arranged between the head-wearing portion and the display-source arrangement portion.

A head-mounted display apparatus includes a wearing device, a display-source arrangement portion and an optical assembly. The wearing device has a head-wearing portion and a hat brim portion connected to the head-wearing portion. The display-source arrangement portion is connected with the hat brim portion. The optical assembly is movably disposed on the hat brim portion, and arranged between the head-wearing portion and the display-source arrangement portion.

A headwear apparatus is provided. The headwear apparatus including a cap configured to be worn on a head of a user, and a visor coupled to the cap, wherein at least a portion of the visor is transparent in at least one direction, and wherein the visor is configured to block a portion of ultraviolet (UV) rays from passing through the visor. The visor may be permanently affixed to the cap or may be removably coupled to the cap.

A headwear apparatus is provided. The headwear apparatus including a cap configured to be worn on a head of a user, and a visor coupled to the cap, wherein at least a portion of the visor is transparent in at least one direction, and wherein the visor is configured to block a portion of ultraviolet (UV) rays from passing through the visor. The visor may be permanently affixed to the cap or may be removably coupled to the cap.
