The high-temperature microtube is provide with a resistance wire which may be energized to generate heat to enable the temperature in the high-temperature microtube to rise up to about 200° C.

When a person is shooting a basketball while wearing the headwear, the three brims train the person to have the proper shooting form, by keeping the person's hands, elbows and wrists in the proper locations and at the proper angles.
