HAT VENTILATED THROUGH BRIM
A ventilated hat is provided that includes a crown and a brim, the brim having air passages that extends from the front and/or sides of the brim, through the brim to the crown. Air is enters the air passages at the front or sides of the brim when the wearer moves or when any slight breeze blows into the brim, cooling the wearer's head. The hat can be constructed as a single unit or as a frame upon which replaceable hat covers are mounted.
METHOD OF MAKING A HEADWEAR AND THE HEADWEAR THEREOF
A manufacturing method including providing a mould including at least two mould parts having first and second moulding surfaces which are complementarily profiled to give shape to headwear; shaping a first substrate in the mould resulting in the first substrate having a non-planar profile which matches at least a portion of the profile of the moulding surfaces;shaping a second substrate in the mould resulting in the second substrate having a non-planar profile which matches the profile of the moulding surfaces; overlaying the first substrate on the second substrate and matching their non-planar profile to form a combined substrate; placing a third substrate in the mould with the combined substrate, sandwiching the first substrate; and shaping the third substrate with the combined substrate in the mould resulting in the third substrate having a non-planar profile which matches the profile of the moulding surfaces, thereby forming a seamless structure for the headwear.
HAT CLIP APPARATUS
The technology disclosed herein provides a method and device for storing and transporting a hat that is compact and addresses the problem of attaching a hat to a carrier, for example a bag, without the primary use of friction or clamping force to secure the hat, as these tend to damage the hat. More specifically, the clipping apparatus attaches to the hat by utilizing features of the hat to create mechanical interlocks to secure the hat, as opposed to friction. Further the device is easily and repeatedly attachable and removable from a hat without causing damage to the hat.

Method of forming a raised three-dimensional decorative image on a fabric product and cap made thereby
A wearable article and, particularly, an article of headwear having a raised, three-dimensional decorative image and a method of forming the wearable article having the raised, three-dimensional decorative image. The article of headwear having at least one fabric panel with a non-embroidered, ornamental image. At least a portion of the fabric panel with the ornamental image is embossed in relief, to define an embossed portion of the fabric panel with the first surface of the embossed portion of the fabric panel having a raised profile and contour above a remaining portion of the first surface of the fabric panel, to define a three-dimensional effect to at least a portion of the ornamental image on the fabric panel.

FACE SHIELD FOR BASEBALL CAP
A face shield comprising: a shield having a perforation that receives a brim of a baseball cap, and a pair of tabs extending from the shield that engage opposing sides of an inner portion of the baseball cap. Each tab may include a projection extending away from the base, and the projection may be inserted into a sweatband within the baseball cap.
Wearable Microbe Protective Shield
A wearable protective microbe shield is provided that has a transparent and bendable shield connected to the underside of a visor portion of a cap, helmet, or protective head gear. In one example, the cap is provided in the form of a baseball cap with a stiff curved front visor. In another example, the protective headgear is a hard hat. The visor has internal or external connectors that coupled to complementary connectors on the top of the transparent microbe shield. These connectors not only provide for removably coupling the microbe shield to the underside of the visor, they also act to add a level of stability and rigidness to the flexible microbe shield. In this way, the microbe shield has no support frame along its side or bottom surface, thereby facilitating exceptional and un-obstructed viewing by the user or wearer and providing exceptional protection against airborne microbes.
