Sensor temperature sensing
Sensor assemblies incorporating a temperature varying resistor provide information regarding the temperature of the operating environment for a sensor or protect the sensor from extreme temperatures. The assembly includes only two conductors—one transmitting current from a power source and another transmitting an output signal. In one embodiment, the assembly includes a sensor and a temperature varying resistor in parallel between the conductors with the output signal including information regarding a value of a variable measured by the sensor and information regarding a temperature of an operating environment for the sensor. In another embodiment, the sensor and temperature varying resistor are in series between the conductors with the output signal including information regarding a value of a variable measured by the sensor and the temperature varying resistor preventing delivery of current to the sensor when a temperature of the operating environment for the sensor meets a predetermined condition.

A wheel-speed sensor (WSS), including: an active pulse-sensor (PS) having a detection-direction (DD), and a housing for the PS; a movement of a pulse-generator in the DD is detectable by the PS; the WSS has an axis and axis direction (AD) defined to be aligned perpendicularly to the DD; the housing has first/second-components, the first-component (FC) being enclose-able and to which the FC is connectable; the PS is on the FC; the WSS has a radial-cable-outlet (RCO), aligned radially to the axis to lead a cable out; the RCO integrally formed with the second-component (SC) so that the cable is led in a different direction; the FC has a first-region (FR), and the SC has a second-region (SR), the FR-contour-circumference having a shape-feature in predetermined-angle (PA) steps around the axis, so that an FC orientation is definable in the PA steps to provide a PA around the axis.
Vehicle Rotational Speed Sensor and Method for Producing Same
A vehicle rotational speed sensor has a sensor element, a cylindrical sensor housing in which the sensor element is accommodated, an electrical connection cable which is guided out of the sensor housing, and a bend limiting element. The bend limiting element is configured to limit a radius of curvature of the connection cable directly in a region in which the connection cable is guided out of the cylindrical sensor housing.

An inertial measurement unit includes: a substrate; a sealing member; a first inertial sensor module including a first inertial sensor and a first package accommodating the first inertial sensor; and a second inertial sensor module including a second inertial sensor and a second package accommodating the second inertial sensor. A material of the first package includes a resin. A material of the second package is an inorganic material. The first inertial sensor module is accommodated in a space between the substrate and the sealing member and thus airtightly sealed therein. The second inertial sensor module is provided outside the space.

Electronic device
An electronic device includes: a substrate; a first electronic component that is mounted on a first surface of the substrate; a cap that accommodates the first electronic component between the cap and the substrate; and a mold portion that bonds the cap and the substrate. The cap includes a base portion having a recess that opens to a substrate side and accommodates the first electronic component, and a flange portion that protrudes from an end portion of the base portion on the substrate side to an outer peripheral side and is in contact with the first surface. The mold portion is provided from a second surface side of the substrate to a first surface side while bypassing a side, and bonds the cap and the substrate by molding the flange portion in a portion on the first surface side.
