Brim clip with dual lighting systems
A clip for mounting on a hat brim includes a first panel and a second panel. The first and second panels respectively have a length, width, top surface, bottom surface, proximal end and distal end. The first panel and second panel are each resiliently connected at their distal ends to a nose segment. The second panel has a wedge-shaped portion in which the width of the wedge-shaped portion increases from the distal end of the panel toward the proximal end of the panel. A first light system connects to the first panel. The first light system has at least one light emitter. A second light system depends from the second panel. The second light system has at least one light emitter.

Lighting device attached to hat visor
A lighting device includes a lighting unit with two arms formed on two ends thereof. The arms each include at least one reception portion. Multiple attachments each have a slide and a clip. The slide of each attachment is slidably engaged with the at least one reception portion of each arm. The clip is pivotably connected to the slide. Each clip includes a slot so as to clip a hat visor. The clip is adjustable by sliding the slide relative to the at least one reception portion. Also, the clip is pivotable relative to the slide to adjust a direction of the slot. The lighting device is able to clip to a hat visor of different shapes by sliding the slide relative to the at least one reception, and by pivoting the clip relative to the slide.
HEAD WEARABLE DEVICES AND METHODS
A head wearable device includes a headpiece, a housing attached to the headpiece, a luminaire attached to the headpiece, the luminaire including a luminaire housing and at least one light source located within the luminaire housing, a duct system connecting the luminaire to the housing, a ball joint rotatably connecting the duct system to the luminaire, and an air moving device configured to induce a cooling air flow through an inlet in the luminaire housing, through the heatsink, through the ball joint, through the duct system, and out of an exhaust in the housing attached to of the headpiece.
Hands-free headlamp system
A hands-free headlamp system for an item of headwear, the hands-free headlamp system including: a housing including headwear fastener, the headwear fastener configured to attach to the item of headwear an energy storage affixed to the housing; a light source mechanically coupled to the housing and electrically coupled to the energy storage; a motion sensor mechanically coupled to the housing and electrically coupled to the energy storage, the motion sensor configured to detect hand motion of a user; a controller mechanically coupled to the housing, electrically coupled to the energy storage, and communicably coupled to the motion sensor, the controller configured to operate the light source in response to detected hand motions of the user.
