The inner end of the elastomeric strap may be coupled to the fit belt.

The invention also discloses an interlocking device for a shared bicycle and an intelligent safety helmet implementing the above-mentioned method, which makes that the bicycle and the intelligent safety helmet are always in a state that they are used in cooperation with each other.
