An example circuit may include a rectifier having differential RF input terminals and an amplifier configured to generate a voltage that is logarithmically related to the rectifier output current. The rectifier may include a first rectifier core configured to generate a first current reference associated with a difference between the differential RF input terminals and a second rectifier core configured to generate a second current reference associated with a common mode of the differential RF input terminals. The rectifier may further include a third rectifier core configured to generate a first reference voltage that is based at least in part on a bias voltage of the differential RF input terminals a fourth rectifier core configured to generate a rectifier output current that is based at least in part on the first and second current references.
