A cover for human and domestic mammals, which provides cooling and warming to a wearer utilizing tubing attached to the cover and filled with liquid. The liquid is distributed throughout the tubing by a pump and the temperature of the liquid is controlled by a thermostat. The cover and pump are portable wherein the pump is housed in a carrying bag. The pump is interchangeable with additional covers for heating and cooling as desired.

MAGNETIC QUICK CONNECT

A magnetic quick connect for a fluid delivery system includes a male coupling member and a female coupling member. The male coupling member defines a first outer fluid communication path and includes a first magnetic material. A first inner member is disposed within the first outer fluid communication path and defines a first inner communication path. The female coupling member defines a second outer fluid communication path and includes a second magnetic material. A second inner member is disposed within the second outer fluid communication path and defines a second inner communication path. The male and female coupling members are detachably held together by an attractive force between the first and second magnetic materials such that the first and second outer communication paths are held in fluid communication, and the first and second inner communication paths are held in fluid communication.

Cooling device for attachment to a helmet

A cooling device for attachment to a helmet includes a fan and an electronics assembly. The fan is operable to draw external air into the cooling device. The electronics assembly is operable to control the rotation speed of the fan based on a speed of movement of a user wearing the helmet with the cooling device attached to the helmet. The cooling device additionally includes an air filter, and a deflector to direct cooled air to a desired one of different regions inside the helmet.
