Footwear sole, boot and sandal
Aspects of the invention can be directed to a boot including a sole portion, a lower portion, and a boot shaft portion. The sole portion, the lower portion and the boot shaft portion can be formed as a unitary member composed of a single compound. The wherein the single compound can include: EVA in the range of 17% to 27%, POE in the range of 6% to 16%, SEBS in the range of 10% to 20%, and rubber in the range of 19% to 29%.
Article of footwear having knit upper with edging
A footwear article, comprising a single-piece knit upper that includes a medial portion and a plurality straps. The footwear article may further comprise one or more openings formed into the knit upper, a perimeter of the one or more openings defined at least in part by an edge of the knit upper, and a pipe edging may be fixed to the edge of the knit upper defining the openings. Further, a sole may be coupled to the knit upper. In at least one example, the footwear article may additionally comprise a lacing system that includes a plurality of cords, and strap of the knit upper may have a separate cord section of the lacing system attached therein. A plastic overlay may be positioned over the cords of the lacing system that are attached to the knit upper, in at least one example.
Shoe
Described are shoes, particularly a sports shoe, having an upper, and at least one of an outer sole and a midsole connected to the upper. At least one of the outer sole and the midsole is formed of knitwear. As examples, the upper is also formed of knitwear. In the examples, the knitwear in an area of outer sole and/or the midsole and the knitwear in an area of the upper are formed as one-piece knitwear.
Shoe
Described are shoes, particularly a sports shoe, having an upper and at least one of an outer sole and a midsole connected to the upper. As examples, the outer sole is knitted in a unitary fashion with the upper. As further examples, an insert is positioned within the one-piece knitwear, wherein the insert comprises a profile that increases traction of the outer sole.
FOOTWEAR AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE
A slipper and a method of manufacturing the slipper are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the slipper includes an upper, a footbed, and a bottom. In some embodiments, the slipper is formed by joining medial and lateral sides of the upper, attaching a footbed to the upper, and then attaching the bottom to the upper.
Disposable Overshoe
A disposable overshoe preferably made from a single-ply sheet of waterproof material folded on top of itself to form a double ply-sheet with a fold at the bottom. The toe of the disposable overshoe can be made by fusing the double-ply sheet to itself to form a toe-side connection running from the fold at the bottom to an opening between the double-ply sheets at a top. Likewise, the heel of the disposable overshoe can be made by fusing the double-ply sheet to itself to form a heel-side connection running from the fold at the bottom to the opening at the top. By orienting and forming the toe-side and heel-side connections to the size and shape of a shoe, an opening at the top can be left to allow a shoe to fit between the opening in the double-ply sheet. In this way, a user can insert the toe of the user's shoe into the opening, and cinch a strap around the user's leg to protect the inside of the disposable overshoe from the outside elements.

INSOLE AND ITS PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING
Process of manufacturing an adhesive insole comprising the steps of: i) providing a support layer which delimits a first surface and an opposite second surface, divided through the thickness (S1) of said layer; ii) adjustably coating a part of the first surface with an adhesion layer, in relief and configured to increase the friction coefficient of the latter; iii) applying at least one adhesive layer to a portion of the second surface; iv) providing a protection substrate comprising a substrate support and at least an overlaid detachment promoting layer; v) combining the products of step iii) and of step iv), so that the detachment promoting layer adheres to the adhesive layer; vi) in the thicknesses (S1, S2) of the support layer and of the substrate support forming an insole contour of the insole.
The present invention also relates to an insole not exclusively manufactured with such process.
