A 3D shoe blank is an integral knit fabric without any sewn portion made by a double-bed flat knitting machine and includes an upper portion having two technical surfaces and knitted from at least a first yarn by skip-needle double-knitting, a front sole portion connected to the upper portion by a cast-on line and two connection lines to form a pocket structure, a rear portion connected to the front sole portion, and a heel portion extending from a center rear end of the rear portion. A portion of the front sole portion corresponding to the upper portion is knitted from at least a second yarn by skip-needle single-knitting. Two opposite sides of the heel portion are respectively connected to left and right rear ends of the rear portion to form a 3D rear shoe portion with two joining lines formed between the heel portion and the rear portion.

A flexible shoe includes an under sole, a foot bed, a first over-foot portion, and a second over-foot portion. The under sole is formed of ballistic nylon. The foot bed is arranged on an upper surface of the under sole. The first over-foot portion is attached to the under sole and is configured to flexibly overly an instep of a foot of a user forward of an ankle of the user. The second over-foot portion is configured to flexibly wrap around a heel of the user rearward of the ankle of the user and includes a tab extending toward and coupled a heel portion of the under sole. The under sole, the first over-foot portion, and the second over-foot portion define a cavity configured to enclose the foot of the user. The foot bed is positioned entirely within the cavity.

Described herein are disposable floor cleaning slippers. The disposable slipper is configured to be worn on a foot of a user, and include a cloth material sized to cover a bottom of the foot of the user and extend to partially surround an inner side, outer side, heel, and toes of the foot of the user, the cloth material further sized to end below an ankle of the user and leave an upper portion of a bridge of the foot of the user exposed, the disposable slipper further comprising an opening defining an edge at least partially comprising elastic material configured to wrap around the foot of the user to hold the disposable slipper in place when worn by the user.

The invention relates to a one-piece sandal (1) injected in a single piece with a strap (2) placed on the side of the sole (3S), particularly non-slip, and of the insole (3P), particularly anatomical, however with freedom of rotation towards the front hook (4) where the male fitting (5) engages with the female fitting (6) of the strap (2), forming the strip in the format of the instep, thus providing a product having an innovative assembly concept, with non-slip sole and comfortable insole.

A footwear article, comprising a single-piece knit upper that includes a medial portion and a plurality straps. The footwear article may further comprise one or more openings formed into the knit upper, a perimeter of the one or more openings defined at least in part by an edge of the knit upper, and a pipe edging may be fixed to the edge of the knit upper defining the openings. Further, a sole may be coupled to the knit upper. In at least one example, the footwear article may additionally comprise a lacing system that includes a plurality of cords, and strap of the knit upper may have a separate cord section of the lacing system attached therein. A plastic overlay may be positioned over the cords of the lacing system that are attached to the knit upper, in at least one example.

Unitary insole/strap layers for articles of footwear and methods for making such unitary insole/strap layers are provided. The insole/strap layers are transformed from a two-dimensional patterned base into a three-dimensional insole/strap layer, which simplifies the manufacturing process. The insole/strap layer is then secured to an outsole structure to form an article of footwear, such as a flip flop or sandal.

This disclosure relates in certain embodiments to protective footwear comprising a flexible strap that can be wrapped around a bare foot in order to provide protection and traction to the ball and heel of the foot. The footwear can provide protection from rough or hot surfaces, for example swimming pool decks or hot sand at the beach. The footwear can also provide traction for the user on wet or slippery surfaces. The footwear is designed to minimally cover the foot, giving the user a barefoot feeling, while still providing protection and traction to the pressure points (e.g., ball and heel) of the foot. The footwear can be securely fastened to the user's foot such that it does not fall off during routine physical activity (e.g., swimming, walking, etc.).

A shoe wrap for a shoe and a method for manufacturing a shoe are disclosed. The shoe wrap includes an outsole portion having a toe portion disposed at an anterior end of the outsole portion, a toe rand portion at least partially connected to the outsole portion at a lateral side of the outsole portion and extending in an anterior direction beyond the toe portion of the outsole portion, a medial portion connected to a medial side of the outsole portion, and a heel rand portion connected to a heel portion of the outsole portion. The method includes disposing a main body on an outsole portion of the shoe wrap, folding at least a heel rand portion of the shoe wrap up a back of the main body, and folding a toe rand portion of the shoe wrap about a toe box of the main body.

Described are shoes, particularly a sports shoe, having an upper and at least one of an outer sole and a midsole connected to the upper. As examples, the outer sole is knitted in a unitary fashion with the upper. As further examples, an insert is positioned within the one-piece knitwear, wherein the insert comprises a profile that increases traction of the outer sole.

A shoe cover dispenser device for installing a plurality of shoe covers includes a frame, an installation assembly installed on the frame, and the locking assembly installed on the frame and is capable of locking the installation assembly, so that the installation assembly can facilitate the installation of the shoe covers on or the removal of the shoe covers from the installation assembly.
