SPORTS SHOE
The present disclosure relates to a sports shoe, comprising a foot shell for a foot portion; and an adjustment device for adjusting an attachment position of a cuff to the foot shell. The sports shoe can comprise the cuff. The adjustment device allows the attachment position of the cuff to the foot shell to be changed horizontally and/or vertically. The adjustment device achieves the technical advantage that different cuffs can be used at different attachment positions in connection with the foot shell. In addition, the attachment position of the cuff can be adjusted to the needs of a user.
SKI BOOT
Ski boot comprising a rigid shell which is shaped so as to accommodate the foot of the user, and has a lower part structured to couple with a ski binding device; a rigid cuff which is shaped so as to surround the lower part of the leg of the user, and is pivotally jointed to the shell thus to be able to pivot about a rotation axis substantially perpendicular to the midplane of the boot, and shell closing means adapted to selectively tighten the shell on the foot of the user; the shell comprising a substantially basin-shaped casing which is superiorly provided with a main opening from which the leg of the user comes out, and with a longitudinal slit that branches from said main opening and extends along the casing towards the front tip of the shell; the shell closing means being placed at the longitudinal fissure.
SKI BOOT WITH REAR LEVER PART
A ski boot comprising a sole designed to accommodate a boot of a skier and a connecting device having a fastening member to be fastened to the leg of the skier, which ski boot has: a lever part that is fastened to the sole via a pivot connection, the fastening member being movable relative to the lever part, a connecting rod that is connected at a first point to one of the sole and the lever part via a first pivot connection and at a second point to the other of the sole and the lever part via a second connection enabling the second point to be moved, and a deformable member that is arranged to prevent the second point from moving relative to a rest position.
Article Of Footwear With Adjustable Stiffness
An article of footwear with adjustable stiffness is provided. The article of footwear in the form of a snowboard boot is provided with adjustable tensioning systems that are disposed on either side of an inner liner of the snowboard boot. The adjustable tensioning system includes a comb body structure having flex portions made of a plurality of extending fingers with a flexibility that can be controlled by the adjustable tensioning system. Depending on the level of tension applied by the tensioning system, or lack thereof, a range of flex profiles having varying amounts of stiffness are available to the wearer to adjust the overall stiffness of the snowboard boot.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR A SKI BOOT
The locking device (10) for locking a rotary articulation between a lower shell (2) and a cuff (3) of a ski boot (1) includes an immobilizing element (20) movable in translation between immobilizing and release positions, a blade (14) having a stop surface (21A, 21B) to interact with the immobilizing element to lock the rotary articulation when the immobilizing element is in the immobilizing position, a lever (11) intended to be manipulated by a user, the lever being movable between locking and unlocking positions, and a toggle (38) mounted rotatably about a first axis of rotation (Y1) and having first (47) and second (48) bearing surfaces opposite with respect to the first axis of rotation. The lever is configured to exert a thrust against the first bearing surface to cause the toggle to pivot about the first axis of rotation. The second bearing surface is configured to exert a thrust against the immobilizing element to move it between its immobilizing and its release positions.
AUTOMATIC RETENTION APPARATUS
An apparatus for automatically adjusting tension on retention member to hold multiple objects together. Examples include using retention apparatus to obtain optimal fit and use of a human wearable item such as article of footwear. Sensors may be used to sense changes in movement of the article of footwear, of the person wearing it, or of a third object such as a vehicle carrying the person. A retention member may surround at least a portion of the objects, and an actuator may be included that automatically rotates a rotating member such as a gear or pulley that may be coupled to the retention member. The rotating member may be configured to automatically adjust tension on the retention member many times per second based on control signals from control logic responsive to the sensors.
