The device is in the form of an eyewear that comprises a cover with viewing windows that accommodate a range of possible positions of pupils, a set of substitutable pairs of gates each with apertures of different design, a repositioning mechanism enabling lateral repositioning of said aperture, a frame, a wearing component, and a pair of lenses. Vision through a portion of the viewing windows is enabled through said apertures, which are adjusted at will to suit the user's particular pupillary distance, and the shape and size of the object intentionally being viewed. Said lenses substantially obscure the cover and gates so that obstruction of peripheral vision is done discreetly.

At least one temple is provided with a chute with an opening adjacent to the pivot portion. The chute forms a first end and a second end along the length direction, and an end of the opening adjacent to the first end is provided with a resisting portion. The at least one side cover has a guide seat and a first plate arranged below the guide seat. The guide seat detachably straddles an outer edge of the opening, and is provided with an operating member received in the chute. The front end of the operating member is provided with a positioning block. When the operating member slides to the first end, the positioning block is embedded between the first end and the resisting portion to be fixed according to the elasticity of the material. When the operating member is pressed, the positioning block is detached from the fixation and slid to the second end such that the side cover can be detached from the temple.

The application further relates to a system for producing a pair of user-customised goggles, a pair of user-customised goggles, and a user contacting structure of a pair of user-customised goggles.

Eyeglasses protection device

There is provided a novel and improved eyeglasses protection device capable of suppressing occurrence of reflected light that may enter eyes of a user of the eyeglasses protection device and thus reducing fatigue of the user, the eyeglasses protection device including: a lens surface protective part configured to protect a lens surface of eyeglasses. The lens surface protective part is equipped with a substrate film, and a micro concavo-convex structure that is formed on a surface of the substrate film, with an average period of the concavo-convex part being equal to or less than a wavelength of visible light. According to the aforementioned viewpoint of the present invention, it is possible to suppress occurrence of reflected light that may enter eyes of a user of the eyeglasses protection device because the micro concavo-convex structure is formed in the lens surface protective part of the eyeglasses protection device.
