Systems, devices, and methods are provided for a lens holding device. In particular, the lens holding device may include a semi-rimless frame that secures transparencies having telescopic loupes. Certain embodiments of the lens holding device may further include angled or curved securing blocks with jackscrews threaded through that clamp a securing protrusion of the transparencies with telescopic loupes to the semi-rimless frame, increasing the securing strength of the transparency to the semi-rimless frame over conventional systems and methods.
