Glasses with sliding latch at ear temples to close orbitals of frame to hold lens
Eyewear for releasably receiving a lens has a joint sleeve for holding the lens in place.
Eyeglasses assembly comprising frame and interchangeable side pieces
An eyeglasses assembly comprises a frame member and a pair of temple or side pieces. The temple or side pieces are structurally connected to end or side portions of the frame member by first and second male and female connector members integrally formed upon the frame member and the temple or side pieces and without the need for auxiliary fasteners. In addition, first and second magnetic members are mounted within recessed portions of the temple or side pieces and the frame member such that when the temple or side pieces are disposed at their fully open or unfolded positions with respect to the frame members, the magnetic members maintain the temple or side members at the fully open or unfolded positions.
EYEGLASSES WITH CHANGEABLE FRAME
Eyeglasses with a changeable frame are revealed. The eyeglasses include an upper frame and a lower frame. The upper frame and the lower frame have a lens assembly portion and a lens assembly part, respectively. The upper frame and the lower frame are disposed with locking slots and projections respectively. The projections are corresponding to and joined with the locking slots. The upper frame and the lower frame are connected into one part by locking protrusions of the projection into the concaves of the locking slots correspondingly. Thus users can assemble or disassemble the upper frame with the lower frame for changing the eyeglasses into half-frame eyeglasses or full-frame eyeglasses.
Glasses manufacture
A method of eyewear manufacture including: adhering frame material onto a surface of a corrective lens, the frame material extending along at least 10% of an edge circumference of the lens; and attaching the lens to a second lens.
One stem reversible reading glasses
One stem reversible glasses include a first lens and a second lens. A stem having a proximal end and a distal end is connected adjacent one of the first lens and the second lens at the proximal end. An earpiece is connected adjacent the distal end of the stem, the earpiece including means for securing the earpiece to a right ear of a user when the glasses are in a first reading position and for securing the earpiece to a left ear of the user when the glasses are in a second reading position. A nosepiece is disposed between the first lens and the second lens dimensioned and configured for receiving a nose of a user when the glasses are in either the first reading position or the second reading position.
MOUNTING MECHANISM FOR EYEWEAR
Eyewear can be provided that comprises at least one lens, at least one earstem, and a frame with components that interconnect two or more components of the eyewear. The components can include an engagement structure of the lens and a coupling mechanism attached to the frame. The coupling mechanism can include a housing configured to receive the engagement protrusion and a lever mechanism being operative to move between open and closed positions for disengaging or engaging with the engagement protrusion.
Interchangeable Hinge for Modular Eyewear
A wearable lightweight, adjustable, and comfortable modular eyewear with multiple interchangeable components includes: a central frame with two eyeglass supporting members, lenses, temple and hinge. The assembly has a hinge which is designed to fit the frames. The fronts and temples are grooved to allow the hinge to fit snuggly into the grooves. The hinge is flexible that it will allow the temples to flex 180+ degrees.
PAIR OF SPECTACLES ADJUSTABLE DEPENDING ON THE PUPILLARY DISTANCE OF AN INDIVIDUAL
The present invention relates to a spectacle frame comprising: a front face, on which the at least one lens is intended to be fastened; a first temple and a second adjusting device temple each attached on one end of the front face; and a first adjusting device intended to adjust the position of the at least one lens relative to the front face of the frame, the first adjusting device comprising at least one first positioning element intended to cooperate with at least one second positioning element of a second adjusting device belonging to the at least one lens, characterized in that the first adjusting device is arranged to define a set of relative positions of the at least one second positioning element relative to the frame disposed on a curved line comprised in an inclined plane relative to a reference plane comprising the optical axes in far vision of the eyes of a user. The present invention also relates to a spectacle lens.
INTERCHANGEABLE FRAME FOR EYEGLASSES
An interchangeable frame for eyeglasses comprises an upper frame and a lower frame, which are respectively formed corresponding lens-assembling portions. The connection site between the upper frame and the lower frame has a connection block and a connection notch, corresponded to connect to each other, and the both sides of the connection block and the connection notch have a ditch and a flange, engaging upon each other, making the upper frame and the lower frame connect to form in one. Therefore, according to the required, the upper frame and the lower frame can be assembled and disassembled freely to form the semi-rim eyeglasses or the full-rim eyeglasses.
SPECTACLE STRUCTURE WITH TRANSFORMABLE FRAMES
A spectacle structure with transformable frames is disclosed. In the spectacle structure, an upper frame and a lower frame have corresponding lens assembling parts, as well as corresponding latched holes and latches to combine the upper frame and the lower frame to one spectacle frame. When the upper frame and the lower frame are going to be separated, push resistant blocks of the upper frame can be pushed to move the latches away from the latched position. Accordingly, the upper frame and the lower frame can be separated or assembled to form half-rimmed or full-rimmed spectacles according to the user's needs.
