Elastic hinge for eyeglasses
Elastic hinge for the plastic frame of eyeglasses, which comprises a first articulation element and a second articulation element, wherein the first articulation element comprises a box-like body provided with a seat and a carriage provided with a rod-like element inserted in the seat and with a head externally projecting from the seat and coupled with the second articulation element. A bush is slidably mounted on the rod-like element, and a spring thrustingly acts on such bush. A fork-shaped body is inserted from the outside into a hole of the box-like body and is engaged with the bush in a straddling manner in order to retain the latter with respect to sliding along the longitudinal axis of the rod-like element.
ELASTIC HINGE FOR EYEGLASS FRAMES AND PROCESS FOR THE MOUNTING THEREOF
Elastic hinge for eyeglass frames, provided with two pivot elements hinged together by means of a pin. A first pivot element is provided with an elastic device comprising a carriage provided, at an external end thereof, with a head portion having a first hole which is extended passing between its two lateral faces. A second pivot element comprises two shoulders provided with second holes and delimiting a slit between them in which the head portion is inserted. The head portion comprises a tilted slide surface, which is extended towards the external end of the carriage on at least one of the lateral faces of the head portion directed towards the head of the pin, covering at least one area adjacent to the first through hole.
SPECTACLE FRAME WITH TEMPLE ORIENTATION ACCORDING TO A PLURALITY OF PLANES
A spectacle frame including a front face for supporting the lenses and temples connected to the front face by means of hinges, each including an attachment member, respectively rigidly connected to the front face and to the temples, each receiving a hinging member, having its free end provided with a hinge pin, said hinge pins being perpendicular to each other. The attachment members are hollow and define a cylindrical sheath. The hinging members each include a rod, intended to be received in the respective sheath, one of the ends of the rod being provided with an abutment and the other end being provided with said hinge pin, each of the rods receiving a sliding ring submitted to the action of a spring bearing against the abutment, said ring being rigidly connected to the corresponding attachment member near the free end thereof. The hinge pins of the hinging members are rigidly connected to each other by means of a connection member.
ELASTIC HINGE FOR SPECTACLE FRAME TEMPLES, WITH LOCKING CLIP ENGAGED ON THE BODY OF THE CARRIAGE
An elastic hinge for spectacle frames and manufacturing method thereof are disclosed, wherein the hinge includes a fork female component and an eyelet male component mutually hinged, the male component including at least one carriage slidingly fit in a cavity housing of a box-shaped body in contrast with an elastic element constrained with respect to the box-shaped body by way of a locking clip being provided with an annular collar which encircles a stem portion of the carriage, arranged between one end of the elastic element and a rear abutment end surface of a guide portion of the carriage. At least a groove is formed in the guide portion, adjacent to the perimeter profile of the stem portion, having a depth in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the carriage, defining a seat wherein at least a substantial part of the annular collar is engaged.
HINGE FOR A SPECTACLES FRAME COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE INTERNAL END STOP
A hinge for a spectacles frame, comprising a front face element, a side element and a connecting element connecting said front face element to said side element, said connecting element comprising a base member, mounted in the side element, and a head member, housed in a cavity in the front face element so as to allow the side element to be open/closed about a vertical first axis of articulation and so as to allow the side element to be inclined about a horizontal second axis of articulation, the front face element comprises at least one internal end stop member extending into said cavity so as to limit the movement of the side element about the horizontal second axis of articulation.
ELASTIC HINGE FOR THE PLASTIC FRAME OF EYEGLASSES AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING SAID ELASTIC HINGE TO THE EYEGLASS FRAME
Elastic hinge for plastic frames of eyeglasses, which comprises a first and a second articulation element respectively associable with a first and a second component of eyeglasses. The first articulation element comprises a male element which is susceptible of sliding inside a seat of the first component and comprises a head portion, a rod-like portion fixed to the head portion, an anchorage body slidably coupled to the rod-like portion and provided with a retention portion provided with anchorage elements. The first articulation element also comprises an expander body adapted to interfere with the anchorage body in order to externally expand the retention portion of the latter towards the internal wall of the seat so as to engage the anchorage elements of the retention body with the first component of the eyeglasses.
ELASTIC HINGE FOR EYEGLASS FRAMES
Elastic hinge for eyeglass frames, which comprises an articulation screw engaged in the holes of two articulation elements. The articulation screw comprises a shank provided with a narrow portion, which is engaged in the hole of a first tab of an articulation element, and with an enlarged annular portion, which forms a step and is engaged in the hole of a head portion of the other articulation element. The articulation screw assumes an end stop position, in which it is tightened and aligned with the hinging axis, and a blocking position, in which it is loosened and is tilted with respect to the hinging axis in response to the elastic force exerted by an elastic device, such that the step of the articulation screw interferes with the edge of the hole of the first tab of the articulation element, preventing a further unscrewing of the articulation screw.
Hinge for spectacles frame
A hinge for a spectacles frame, comprising a front-face element, a side element and a connecting element connecting said front-face element to said side element, said connecting element comprising a base member, mounted in the side element, and a head member, housed in the front-face element, the base member being articulated directly to said head member about a vertical first axis of articulation, the head member of the connecting element being articulated directly to the front-face element about a horizontal second axis of articulation.
HINGE FOR SPECTACLES FRAME
