A color conversion panel includes a substrate and a red color conversion layer, a green color conversion layer, and a transmission layer which are disposed on the substrate. The transmission layer includes at least one of a pigment and a dye.

Image display device

An image display device includes a display panel that displays an image on a front surface; a light guide plate that is disposed on a rear surface of the display panel; a support plate that supports the light guide plate, and extends beyond at least one lateral surface of the light guide plate in a front view of the light guide plate; a light-emitting diode (LED) unit that emits light into an incident surface of the light guide plate; and a shade that, in a lateral view of the light guide plate and the LED unit, covers a gap between the LED unit and the light guide plate, and seals a gap between the display panel and the support plate.

A display device may include a first substrate, a first conductive pad, a second conductive pad, a first pad electrode, and a second pad electrode. The first substrate may include a first face and a second face. The first conductive pad may be disposed on the first face. The second conductive pad may be disposed on the first face and may be spaced from the first conductive pad. The first pad electrode may be disposed on the second face, may be electrically connected to the first conductive pad, and may include a protrusion. The second pad electrode may be disposed on the second face, may be electrically connected to the second conductive pad, may be spaced from the first pad electrode, and may include a recess. The protrusion of the first pad electrode may be partially inside the recess the second pad electrode.

Display panel and display device

A display panel includes a light guide plate, a substrate, a reflector and a liquid crystal layer. A refractive index of the liquid crystal layer can vary between a minimum liquid crystal refractive index and a maximum liquid crystal refractive index. One side, facing the substrate, of the light guide plate includes a light entry region, light at least partially enters the liquid crystal layer through the light entry region and is propagated towards the reflector. The maximum liquid crystal refractive index is greater than a refractive index of the reflector, and the minimum reflective index is not greater than the refractive index of the reflector. When the refractive index of the liquid crystal layer is greater than the reflective index of the reflector, the reflector reflects at least a part of light entering the liquid crystal layer from the light entry region to the light guide plate.

Light source device and display device

A light source device includes: a substrate; a light source on the substrate, the light source emitting light in a direction away from the substrate; an optical element covering the light source on an opposite side of the light source from the substrate to control distribution of the light emitted by the light source; and a light absorption member that absorbs light, wherein the optical element has a bottom face on a substrate side thereof and a light-exiting face on an opposite side of the bottom face from the substrate, the optical element transmits the light emitted by the light source so that the transmitted light exits the optical element through the light-exiting face, and the light absorption member is disposed between the substrate and the bottom face.

The display panel includes a color-film substrate, an array substrate, a liquid-crystal layer, and a backlight module configured to provide collimated lights. The display panel includes multiple pixel units. The color-film substrate corresponding to each pixel unit has a first transmission region which transmits lights and a first non-transmission region which does not transmit lights. The array substrate corresponding to each pixel unit has a second transmission region which transmits lights and a second non-transmission region which does not transmit lights. An orthographic projection of the first non-transmission region on the array substrate completely covers the second transmission region. When the pixel unit works in a non-transmission mode, the liquid-crystal layer corresponding to the pixel unit is configured to transmit the collimated lights, and the first non-transmission region is configured to prevent the collimated lights from exiting from the color-film substrate.
