Display assembly with loopback cooling
Systems and method for thermally managing display assemblies are provided. A closed loop pathway for circulating gas includes a channel located behind an electronic display located at a housing. A fan unit is positioned within the rear channel. A storage area for an equipment storage device is located within or adjacent to the channel and is partitioned by a barrier. A loopback channel accepts a flow of the circulating gas and forms a pathway about the equipment storage device. The fan unit generates an area of relatively high pressure circulating gas compared to circulating gas in the storage area, which causes a portion of the circulating gas to travel through the loopback channel to cool equipment stored at the equipment storage device.
DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus includes: a display panel configured to transmit light applied to a back side thereof to display an image; an optical member provided behind the back side of the display panel such that a first space is formed between the display panel and the optical member; a light-emitting member provided behind a back side of the optical member to apply light to the back side of the display panel through the optical member; and a flow-path forming member forming a flow path that allows air to flow from one of outside of the display apparatus and a part of the first space corresponding to at least one of four outer edges of the display panel to the other.
DISPLAY APPARATUS
An outdoor display apparatus having a heat dissipation structure includes a first display module configured to display an image in a first direction, a second display module configured to display an image in a second direction opposite to the first direction, a housing configured to accommodate the first display module and the second display module, and having an inlet and an outlet, and a heat exchange device configured to receive heat from one of the first display module and the second display module and perform heat exchange, wherein the heat exchange device includes: a first heat exchange portion having at least one cooling passage to cool the first display module; a second heat exchange portion having at least one cooling passage to cool the second display module; and a heat exchanger configured to be selectively shared by the first heat exchange portion and the second heat exchange portion.
LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE
A liquid crystal display device including: a liquid crystal display panel for displaying an image; a backlight unit for irradiating light toward a rear surface of the liquid crystal display panel; a cover bottom formed therein with a space in which the liquid crystal display panel and the backlight unit are installed; and a glass attached to a front surface of the liquid crystal display panel by a direct bonding scheme to protect the liquid crystal display panel, wherein the liquid crystal display panel and the backlight unit are spaced apart from each other so that air moves through a space between the liquid crystal display panel and the backlight unit. Accordingly, the liquid crystal display panel attached to the glass is directly cooled, so that thermal deformation of the liquid crystal display panel due to high-temperature radiant heat generated from the glass is prevented.
Display device
A display device includes a display panel, a bottom cover at a rear surface of the display panel, and a heat dissipation assembly. The heat dissipation assembly includes a housing between the display panel and the bottom cover, conductive lines on two lateral sides within the housing and configured to supply electricity therethrough, and a movable member having both ends thereof supported by and electrically connected to the conductive lines to thereby be movable in a longitudinal direction of the housing.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a display panel configured to display an image, and a printed circuit board electrically connected to the display panel and disposed at a back surface of the display panel. The printed circuit board includes an insulating layer, a first metal layer disposed at one surface of the insulating layer, pads including a first pad disposed on the first metal layer while being disposed inside a mounting area where an integrated circuit is mounted, and second pads disposed around the first pad, and a groove provided to extend from an inside of the mounting area to an outside of the mounting area.
FIELD SERVICEABLE AND REPLACEABLE ASSEMBLY
Interchangeable display assemblies are provided. A frame is configured to interchangeably accept any one of a number of digital side assemblies, each including an electronic display, a number of static side assemblies, each including a poster cavity which accepts signage, and a number of cover side assemblies at a first portion and any other one of the number of digital side assemblies, the number of static side assemblies, and the number of cover side assemblies at a second portion thereof.
DISPLAY DEVICE
Disclosed is a direct cooling-type display device having a double-sided display, the display device being configured to implement efficient heat radiation and comprising: a first display; a second display provided such that the back surface thereof faces the back surface of the first display; a housing for mounting the first display; an inlet port formed in the housing so as to form a path along which external air flows in; a first discharge port formed in a first area in which the first display is provided; a second discharge port formed in a second area in which the second display is provided; a first temperature measurement portion for measuring the temperature in the second area; a first outlet fan for discharging air in the first are through the first discharge port; a second outlet fan for discharging air in the second area through the second discharge port; a first backflow prevention portion provided in the first discharge port so as to prevent air from flowing from outside the housing into the same through the first discharge port; a second backflow prevention portion provided in the second discharge port so as to prevent air from flowing from outside the housing into the same through the second discharge port; and a flow rate control portion for driving the first outlet fan and the second outlet fan on the based of the measured temperature in the first area and the measured temperature in the second area.
Field serviceable display assembly
A first and second display assembly are moveably mounted to a frame. At least one of the display assemblies includes a cover, an electronic display located behind the cover, and a first and second channel. A fixed plate is attached to the frame and positioned entirely within a cavity located between the display assemblies and the frame. The cavity and the first channel are part of a closed loop pathway, while the second channel is part of an open loop pathway. The closed loop is sealed when the display assemblies are in a closed position, and the fixed plate is accessible when the display assemblies are in an open position.
