A flexible display apparatus includes a bending area and a non-bending area. The flexible display apparatus further includes a display panel and a polarizing structure disposed on the display panel. The polarizing structure includes a λ/4 phase retardation layer, a linear polarizer disposed on the λ/4 phase retardation layer, and a first adhesive structure disposed between the λ/4 phase retardation layer and the linear polarizer. The linear polarizer includes a stretched polymer film. The first adhesive structure is an adhesive layer with a glass transition temperature that is greater than or equal to 40° C. and less than or equal to 150° C. Accordingly, deformation of the λ/4 phase retardation layer may be prevented or reduced when the flexible display apparatus is folded or bent, thereby improving display quality.

The light sources are arranged two-dimensionally on the mounting substrate in a plan view. The partition member includes a wall portion surrounding each of the light sources except for outermost ones of the light sources in the plan view. The wall portions are located inward of the outermost ones of the light sources. The frame body has a bottom portion and a lateral wall surrounding the mounting substrate. The wavelength conversion member is disposed on the lateral wall of the frame body. The light diffusion plate is disposed above the plurality of light sources and the wavelength conversion member.

The hetero-shaped double-sided adhesive tape includes a lower adhesive layer, a base material layer, and an upper adhesive layer which are stacked together in sequence. In a stacking direction of the lower adhesive layer, the base material layer and the upper adhesive layer, the upper adhesive layer has a non-overlapping region that does not overlap the lower adhesive layer, and/or the lower adhesive layer has a non-overlapping region that does not overlap the upper adhesive layer.
