Image capturing device, image capturing method, and program
An image capturing device includes an imaging lens, an image capturing device main body, a first detection unit that detects a shake amount of the imaging lens, a second detection unit that detects a shake amount of the image capturing device main body, a first driving unit that performs image shake correction by a correction lens based on a detection result of the first detection unit, a second driving unit that performs image shake correction by the image capturing device main body based on a detection result of the second detection unit, a finder that is used for observing an optical image transmitting through the imaging lens, a reception device that receives an image capturing instruction of the optical image, and a CPU and a CPU that perform, in an optical view mode in which the optical image is observed by the finder, a control of causing each of the first detection unit and the second detection unit to detect the shake amount and causing only the first driving unit to perform image shake correction except for a case where the image capturing instruction is being received.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
An electronic device comprises an imaging unit configured to capture image and an operation unit configured to receive a first operation to adjust a shooting setting for capturing image and a second operation to capture image based on the shooting parameter and write data based on the captured image in a recording medium. The electronic device displays, on a screen, image review based on the captured image after capturing image in response to the second operation and then displays live view which is generated by continuously capturing image. A period of displaying the image review is shorter if the first operation is detected successively after finishing detecting the second operation than if the first operation is not detected successively after finishing detecting the second operation.
OBSERVATION APPARATUS AND IMAGE PICKUP APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
An observation apparatus includes an observation optical system and a line of sight detection system. The observation optical system includes, in order from a display element side to an observation side, an optical path splitter configured to split an optical path, and a first lens unit having a positive refractive power. The line of sight detection system includes a second lens unit configured to image light incident on the first lens unit and split by the optical path splitter. A predetermined condition is satisfied.

IMAGE STABILIZATION APPARATUS, IMAGE STABILIZATION CONTROL METHOD, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
An image stabilization apparatus comprises: a first obtaining unit that obtains orientation information of an image capturing apparatus; a determining unit that, on the basis of the orientation information, determines a reference position of an image sensor included in the image capturing apparatus; and a calculating unit that calculates a correction amount for performing image stabilization by moving a position of the image sensor from the reference position in a plane intersecting with an optical axis. The reference position is different between when the orientation information indicates that the image capturing apparatus is in a first orientation and when the orientation information indicates that the image capturing apparatus is in a second orientation.

Display control apparatus and control method therefor
A display control apparatus includes detection means (a proximity sensor 75) configured to detect that an object has approached, and control means (a system control unit 50) configured to perform control such that in response to the detection means detecting that the object has approached, a display of a first display unit (a monitor 28) is turned off. In a case where interval shooting or long exposure shooting is performed, the control means performs control such that in response to the detection means detecting that the object has approached (S411), the display of the first display unit is turned on (S413).
