The metal cover is coupled with the holder and has an opening. The carrier is assembled to a lens assembly having an optical axis, wherein the carrier is disposed in the metal cover and is movable along a direction parallel to the optical axis. The sensing magnet is coupled with the carrier. The printed circuit board is disposed near to one of the four lateral sides of the holder. The position sensor is disposed on the printed circuit board and corresponds to the sensing magnet. The coil is disposed on an outer surface of the carrier. One of the driving magnet is disposed in the metal cover and corresponds to the coil.
Portable scanner and scanning method thereof
The present disclosure relates to a portable scanner capable of increasing the precision of focus and a scanning method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the portable scanner, which generates a three dimensional (3D) image from a subject, includes a focus state output device to determine a present focus state with respect to a set focal length from a subject and to output the present focus state such that a user recognizes the present focus state.
Apparatus for generating and displaying a focus assist image indicating a degree of focus for a plurality of blocks obtained by dividing a frame of image signal
The imaging apparatus of the present technique is provided with an imaging unit configured to generate an image signal from a subject; and an evaluation value calculator configured to calculate an evaluation value that indicates a degree of focusing on the subject from the image signal obtained by the imaging unit for each block, and to output the evaluation value. The imaging apparatus is further provided with a combining unit configured to generate a focus assist video image based on the focus evaluation value, output from the evaluation value calculator, of each block, to combine the generated assist video image with the image signal, and to output the assist video image combined with the image signal; and a display unit configured to display an image in which the assist video image combined by the combining unit is combined.

Focus pulling with distance information from a secondary camera system
A method for switching focus between objects found simultaneously in an image area from a main camera where the focus of the main camera and a switch between different focus distances is controlled by a remote follow focus unit. A secondary system and a computer system are used to measure the distance to the first and second object simultaneously and continuously. Distance information from the secondary system regarding distance to the first object is used by the follow focus unit as a focus distance to set the focus of the main camera on the first object. Distance information from the secondary system regarding distance to the second object is used by the follow focus unit as a focus distance to switch the focus of the main camera from the first object to the second object. The secondary system and the computer system obtain distance information using a secondary camera system.

INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGING APPARATUS, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD EACH OF WHICH ISSUES A NOTIFICATION OF BLUR OF AN OBJECT, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR THE IMAGING APPARATUS
An apparatus includes an acquisition unit configured to acquire a first captured image obtained by first image capturing with a first image capturing parameter and motion information about an object in the first captured image, a setting unit configured to set a second image capturing parameter, an estimation unit configured to estimate motion blur of an object in a second captured image which is obtained in a case where second image capturing is performed with the second image capturing parameter, based on the motion information and the second image capturing parameter, and a notification unit configured to issue a notification of the motion blur.
DISPLAY CONTROL APPARATUS, DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD, AND IMAGE CAPTURING APPARATUS
A display control apparatus, comprises: a focus detection unit configured to detect, based on an image signal obtainable from an image sensor, a focus state and reliability of the image signal; and a display control unit configured to display in a display unit, when focus adjustment is performed by a manual operation, an index that indicates the focus state that was detected by the focus detection unit, wherein the display control unit changes a display format of the index according to the reliability.
Information processing device, information processing method, and program
An information processing device includes an acquisition unit that acquires measurement success/failure information indicating whether or not measurement of a measurement unit has been successful, in a case where the measurement unit measures a distance to a subject by emitting directional light, which is light having directivity, toward the subject within a designated imaging range and receiving reflected light of the directional light, and an execution unit that causes the measurement unit to remeasure the distance to the subject in a state where a position of the designated imaging range has been changed within an allowable range in which the panoramic imaging is executable, in a case where the measurement success/failure information acquired by the acquisition unit indicates that the measurement of the measurement unit has not been successful.
