DECOUPLABLE FOCAL DISTANCE CONTROLLER AND INDICATOR
When filming a scene, the focal distance of the video camera is often controlled remotely, and can be switched between manual and autofocus modes. To overcome sudden movements in the lens upon reverting to manual mode, and to avoid disrupting a user's grip on the manual control during autofocus, the traditional distance ring indicator is split into separate controller and indicator components. The controller permits manual input, while the indicator tracks the desired distance. In manual mode, the controller and indicator move in unison. In autofocus mode, the indicator tracks a rangefinder input but the controller is not moved. In a hybrid mode, the controller offsets the rangefinder input. In all cases, the position of the lens moves with the indicator.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE
According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a liquid crystal panel and a camera. The liquid crystal panel includes a display area, an incident light control area, and an emitted light control area. The camera includes a light-entering surface and a light source. The liquid crystal panel is configured to selectively transmit visible light emitted from the light source in the emitted light control area and to selectively transmit visible light from outside in order to cause visible light to enter the camera from the outside in the incident light control area.
DISPLAY CONTROL APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD
A display control apparatus includes an acquisition unit configured to acquire information about an in-focus position on a live view image, and a display control unit configured to perform control to display an item indicating the in-focus position on the live view image, based on the information acquired by the acquisition unit. The display control unit performs control to display a first item at a first in-focus position at which focus is continuously achieved, in a display form having higher visibility than in a display form of a second item to be displayed at a second in-focus position at which focus is not achieved at least last time, the first in-focus position and the second in-focus position being positions at which focus is currently achieved.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a light shutter panel including an incident light control area, an optical member including a lens and facing the incident light control area, and an imaging device configured to convert light which passed through the incident light control area of the light shutter panel and the optical member to image data. The incident light control area includes a first annular light-shielding area, a circular incident light control area surrounded by the first annular light-shielding area, and a plurality of annular incident light control areas located between the first annular light-shielding area and the circular incident light control area and having a multiple shape.
Display devices and display screen modules
The disclosure relates to display devices and display screen modules. The display device includes a body, a display screen and a second display area. The display screen is disposed on the body, and the display screen includes a first display area and a light transmitting area. The first display area has a light exiting surface facing away from the body. The second display area is located between the display screen and a bottom surface of the body and configured to compensate for the light transmitting area, so that the light transmitting area displays image information, realizing full-screen display.
DISPLAY METHOD
Provided is a more useful method as a display method of a video in which a part of a captured video is cut out and the cut-out video can be switched.
A display method of displaying a video captured by an imaging apparatus includes a setting step of automatically setting a plurality of set regions or a candidate for the set region in a reference region which is an imaging region of a reference video, a selection step of selecting a recording region, which is a region of a record video to be recorded, from among the plurality of set regions, and a switching step of reselecting the recording region from among the plurality of set regions to switch the recording region after the selection step is performed.
DISPLAY METHOD
In a display method of a video in which a part of a captured video is cut out and the cut-out video is switched, the convenience for a user is improved.

Image processing apparatus, image processing method, and image pickup system for displaying information associated with an image
The display of information associated with a particular position of a picked-up image is enabled. Image data is transmitted to external equipment. Instruction information regarding the image data is received from the external equipment. A display-use image reflecting the instruction information is generated on the basis of the instruction information. For example, the display-use image is generated by displaying details of the instruction information on an image corresponding to the image data. As another example, position information is added to the instruction information. The display-use image is then generated by displaying the details of the instruction information in an image position indicated by the position information.
Image processing apparatus and image processing method
The present disclosure relates to an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and a program that permit acquisition of a more natural-looking synthesized image. A first captured image depicting a first subject is separated into a foreground area and a background area. The first subject appears in the foreground area. The background area is an area other than the area where the first subject appears. Also, a blended image is generated to be displayed on a live view, in which the blended image is obtained by blending the foreground area and the background area of the first captured image with an output image that is output when a second subject is captured. Then, a synthesized image is generated by superimposing the foreground area of the first captured image on the second captured image depicting the second subject with reference to the blended image in such a manner that the backgrounds are substantially identical. The present technology is applicable, for example, to an imaging apparatus.
