System and a method for controlling a shoe part production machine
The present invention relates to a method for generating control data for controlling a shoe part production machine for making shoes or elements for optimizing traction properties of the shoe by customizing modules to be mounted on the sole for a specific user, said method comprising the steps of: receiving user profile data describing the characteristics of the user where the user profile data comprise use data and test data, receiving a user selection identifying a selected shoe from a number of shoe models or a selected element influencing the property of a shoe, generating modified template data by modifying a shoe sole template corresponding to the selected shoe model or by modifying an element influencing the properties corresponding to the selected element, said modifications being performed based on said received user profile data, generating control data based on said modified template data.
Article of footwear with internal feedback elements
An article of footwear includes an upper and a sole structure coupled to the upper. The sole structure and the upper collectively define an interior cavity therebetween. The sole structure further includes a reinforcing element spanning from the sole structure to the upper within the interior cavity.
Pain Relief Utilizing A Combination Of Polymer Based Materials
A pain relief device and method or system to aid in the resolution of pain in a body including at least one layer of PVDF film and at least one other layer for directional purposes, as well as a polarizing layer. The device can be packaged in various ways.
Contoured support shoe insole
An insole having a top sheet, a base layer, a forefoot pad, a heel cushion, and stability cradle. The forefoot pad can be made a blown EVA or other material, and the heel cushion can be made of a clear TPR, soft polyurethane or blown EVA. A heel cup surrounds the exterior back by a heel cup, and a heel pod opening and midfoot pod opening is located in the stability cradle for allowing placement of heel pads and midfoot pads in a replacement manner. There is also a soft metatarsal raised dome on the top (foot contact) surface of the insole which would be directly above the metatarsal midfoot area.
Adjustable shoe and method for adjusting a shoe
An adjustable shoe includes an outsole having a middle portion hingedly attached to a forefoot portion and a heel portion. A segmented driveshaft spans from the forefoot portion of the outsole to the heel portion. Rotation of a front segment of the driveshaft causes the forefoot portion of the outsole to rotate about a hinge axis thereby adjusting a forefoot angle. A first motor is connected to the driveshaft and operable to rotate the driveshaft. A processor is in communication with the first motor and programmed to operate the first motor to provide adjustment to the shoe. A method of adjusting a shoe includes receiving a signal representing a measured force on a portion of an outsole of the shoe. If the measured force exceeds a pre-determined threshold, a motor is activated to change an angle of a forefoot portion of the outsole relative to a middle portion.
Foot Support Systems Including Fluid Filled Bladders With Movement Of Fluid Between Bladders
Sole structures, fluid transfer systems, foot support systems, articles of footwear, and/or other foot-receiving devices include one or more pumps (e.g., foot activated pumps) that facilitate movement of fluid within the sole structure/article of footwear, e.g., to change and/or control pressure (e.g., foot support pressure) in one or more fluid filled bladders included in the overall system.
TACTILE FEEDBACK SHOE SOLE
A tactile feedback shoe sole for footwear comprising a main body that defines a toe portion, an arch portion and a heel portion. A first chamber filled with a fluid is disposed in the toe portion. A second chamber comprising a second chamber upper wall, a second chamber lower wall and projections is disposed in the heel portion. A channel is disposed at the arch portion between the first chamber and the second chamber. If the first chamber is pressurized first before exerting pressure on the second chamber, which is likely to happen when the user of the sole runs following a forefoot running technique, the fluid from the first chamber flows to the second chamber and the fluid in the second chamber does not allow contact of the heel of the user to come in contact of the projections present in the inflated second chamber.
Footwear having pressure equalization and optimization
An article of footwear that is adjustable so as to optimize the pressure distribution and pressure equalization on the foot surfaces. The footwear is configured to adjust to a user's anatomy so as to optimize pressure distribution and equalization on the foot, where the footwear is capable of adjusting the pressure distribution on the foot substantially in real time.
Abrasive Insole and Method of Manufacture
An abrasive insole and method of manufacture. The insole is integrated into the shoe at the time of manufacture. The insole provides a roughly textured surface to abrade the skin on the soles of the feet for purposes of cosmetic appeal and skin health. The abrasive insole works similarly to the textured, sandpaper-like tools that are used in pedicure to soften the skin of the foot by exfoliation. The method of manufacture involves a mold of a sand-and-polymer mixture to produce a flexible insole; one iteration is of 3/32 to 0.25-inch thickness.
Pain relief utilizing a combination of polymer based materials
A pain relief device and method or system to aid in the resolution of pain in a body including at least one layer of PVDF film and at least one other layer for directional purposes, as well as a polarizing layer. The device can be packaged in various ways.
