Massage insole with multiple support regions
The insole described within uses a multiplicity of nodules of varying diameters and heights to provide the requisite level of flexibility, support, and stimulation to the various regions of the foot. These advantages are created while maintaining a low thickness, thereby allowing the insole to fit within a shoe without creating discomfort. Gradients of pressure that generate variations in the laminar flow of the foot bed lead to better circulation and perfusion of the capillary foot bed of the foot transection irrigation, allowing for better circulation and venous return.
MIDSOLE WITH INCORPORATED ORTHOTIC SUPPORT
A midsole of footwear with an incorporated orthotic support. The midsole includes a soft and flexible member and a more rigid orthotic support. The orthotic support includes a heel cup and an arch support portion that extends forwardly from the heel cup. Embodiments produce the midsole by positioning the orthotic insert between an upper portion of the footwear and an outsole. Then, soft and flexible material is injected into the space surrounding the orthotic. The soft and flexible material subsequently cures forming the multi-part unitary midsole.
Customized insoles for diabetic and pressure ulcers
Disclosed herein are insoles useful for treating skin injuries on a foot, for instance ulcers. The insoles are customizable for each patient's foot and can include various portions of differing softness, depending on the needs of the patient. For instance, it can be beneficial for certain sections of the foot to contact a firmer material, whereas other sections contact a softer material. Some, or all, of the materials can include one or more biofidelic skin simulant materials. Thus, various implementations include one or more regions that can include the same or different materials. For example, a custom insole can include a heel support region, a midfoot support region, and a forefoot support region, and the support regions can be subdivided into medial and lateral support regions or toe regions. One or more regions may have a custom isolation segment to prevent the progression of ulcers and/or expedite wound healing.
SOLE, PARTICULARLY FOR SHOES
A sole, particularly for shoes, includes a plantar-like perimetric shape and is constituted by a plurality of layers which has at least one supporting structure, for plantar support, which is elastic and on an upper surface of which there is at least one seat for at least one mid-sole.
The mid-sole is constituted by a body from the lower surface of which a first plurality and a second plurality of elastically compressible protrusions protrude downward, each one having an axial cavity.
Article of footwear
An article of footwear, comprising: an upper having an outer surface, a foot insertion volume and a sole facing surface, a sole assembly comprising: a midsole having a foot facing surface, a ground facing surface, a heel region, forefoot region and an arch region between the heel region and the forefoot region in a longitudinal direction, where the midsole in the arch region comprises a medial support element covering at least a part of the cuboid bone of the foot and/or a lateral support element covering at least a part of the navicular bone, a medial reinforcement member positioned medial to the medial support element and/or a lateral reinforcement member positioned lateral to the lateral support element, where the medial and/or the lateral reinforcement member is configured to increase the rigidity of the medial support element and/or the lateral support element.

Plantar Arch Support Shoe
A shoe providing support for the plantar arch of a foot is disclosed herein. The shoe includes a belt, guide members, and a dial unit. The belt includes a base end section fixed to an outsole at a position equivalent to a plantar arch of a foot of a user, and a leading end section covering a pair of blades. Both side edges of the belt can be separated from an upper of the shoe along a longitudinal direction of the shoe. The guide members are fixed to the leading end section of the belt, and engage with a wire, which engages the dial unit. The dial unit is used to wind the wire, thereby tightening or loosening the belt, and therefore the shoe to a wearer's foot, and is fixed to an outer side surface of the upper.
Device to mitigate heel pain
Device to mitigate plantar fasciitis heel pain is disclosed. This invention provides localized compression and massaging action to the origin of the plantar fascia, the most frequently occurring site of tissue damage and pain at the heel. The concentrated compression during weight bearing provides pain relief and brings injured tissues closer together to facilitate healing. The shape of the device and its location at the edge of the heel bone also provide a localized massaging action during ambulation to improve blood circulation, which in turn promotes healing. The device of the present invention may be used as a removable insole or in some instances may be formed into the inner sole of an item of footwear.
Massage shoes with combination arch support
The shoe herein, in the form of a sandal, uses a combination of a midsole of varying thickness and nodules of varying diameters and heights to provide the requisite level of flexibility, support, and stimulation to the various regions of the foot. The walking action of the user creates waves of pressure across the foot, enhanced by the nodules, thereby increasing blood flow. Gradients of pressure that generate variations in the laminar flow of the foot bed lead to better circulation and perfusion of the capillary foot bed of the foot transection irrigation, allowing for better circulation and venous return.
Inflatable prosthetic boot insole
A foot support for a prosthetic boot has a shape-holding layer and cushion layers on opposite sides of the shape-holding layer. Covers made of nylon and vinyl laminates surround the layers. The vinyl laminates are fused by welding edges of the cover around the foot support. The edge welding surrounds the foot support. An inner parallel welding holds a valve and forms an inflation passage. The inner welding continues around concave curved edges of the shape-holding and cushion layers and terminates where it rejoins the outer welding, forming an inflatable tarsal and metatarsal supporting chamber. A small hard pump has two ends to either increase or reduce pressure in the supporting chamber.
