3-DIMENSIONAL VISION SYSTEM FOR STITCHING ALONG A PREDETERMINED PATH
20210130999 · 2021-05-06 ·

Disclosed are various systems and features for use with a machine, such as a sewing machine, to facilitate 3-dimensional vision systems that may enable operations on non-flat objects and paths. Such systems and features may be useful in the context of performing an action along a self-guided path on a substrate.

DESIGNED SIGN SYSTEM

A designed sign system 101 including: an image projector 2 for projecting an image constituted of a still image and/or a dynamic video; a projection screen body 1a for displaying recognizably by reflecting a projected image from the image projector 2; and a design part 10 formed into a shape displaying a character, a figure, or a pattern by partially providing on a projection surface side of the projection screen body 1a; wherein the design part 10 has a translucent layer 10a that diffuse reflecting a part of light received on a front surface side and transmits a remaining part, and has an opaque layer 10b that reflects remaining light transmitted on the back surface side. Thus, a designed sign system that can produce luxury feeling and has high designability may be provided.

Projection system, video image converter, projector, cradle, video image conversion method, and video image projection method

Provided is a video image converter that generates attitude data of a projector based on motion data in projecting moving picture data, stores the attitude data in a storage unit, corrects the moving picture data based on the attitude data, and stores the corrected moving picture data in the storage unit. The projector plays back the corrected moving picture data stored in the storage unit and projects the corrected moving picture data onto a projection plane. A cradle supports the projector and changes an attitude of the projector based on the attitude data stored in the storage unit.

Visual Aid Timer System and Method of Using the Same

LINEAR OPTICAL PROJECTION DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
20210095832 · 2021-04-01 ·

An optical projection device for projecting a linear image is disclosed. Light emitted by an array of light emitting diodes arranged along an array axis is focused in at least a direction perpendicular to the array axis and diffused in a direction parallel to the array axis, thereby generating a linear image in which light from adjacent light emitting diodes is spatially overlapped. In some embodiments, the focusing and diffusion of the light is performed by a Fresnel lens and a lenticular lens, respectively. The optical projection device may be employed to virtually mark a surface, such as a floor in an industrial setting. High power light emitting diodes may be employed to generate a linear image having an illuminance of at least 4000 lux that is focused to a distance between 7.5 and 20 feet.

IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD
20210074243 · 2021-03-11 · ·

There is provided an image processing device, an image projection device, a control device, an information processing device, an image projection system, an image processing method, and a program that make it possible to suppress a reduction in a subjective image quality. On the basis of each frame image of a moving image, a time during which a projection image of each frame image of the moving image is viewable by a user is controlled. For example, a controller controls the time during which the projection image is viewable by the user, to cause a difference between the moving image and the projection image due to a reduction in a luminance and a difference between the moving image and the projection image, which increases due to an increase in the time during which the projection image is viewable by the user, to be suppressed.

IMAGE PROJECTION APPARATUS

An image projection apparatus includes a detector that detects a first region emitting non-visible light; a projector that projects a visible-light image onto a second region including the first region detected by the detector; and a controller configured to generate the visible-light image. The controller varies colors of pixels of the visible-light image in a stepwise manner depending on emission intensities of the non-visible light at positions corresponding to the pixels within the first region.
