VEHICLE UNDERCARRIAGE IMAGING SYSTEM
Devices and methods for capturing vehicle undercarriage images are described. In some instances, a mirror assembly may be used to reflect images of portions of a vehicle undercarriage into a field of view of a camera to be captured, e.g., as a vehicle passes over the mirror assembly. Composite images may be reconstructed from the reflected portions of the vehicle undercarriage, and analysis may be performed on those reconstructed, composite images to identify features in the composite vehicle undercarriage images.
DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND METHOD IN PIPE INSPECTION AND/OR MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS
A pipe inspection and/or maintenance system is provided, having a control device, an image recording device and a feed device. The image recording device can be mechanically coupled to the feed device, and the image recording device and the feed device are operatively connected to one another via a first communication link. The feed device and the control device are operatively connected to one another via a second communication connection. The feed device has a processing unit which is operatively connected to the first communication connection and to the second communication connection, and the processing unit is adapted to receive image data from the image recording device by way of the first communication link, to process the received image data, and to transmit the processed image data to the control device by way of the second communication link. A corresponding method is also provided.
MODULAR CAMERA
A modular camera includes a battery module, a camera module, and a lens module that can be connected together to make a water-tight camera suitable for monitoring wastewater in wet environments. The camera module includes multiple different external device interfaces that allow the camera to be directly connected to external power, a number of different analog and/or digital sensors, an auxiliary camera, and one or more control outputs. The camera module includes an artificial intelligence (AI) photo analysis tool that analyzes photographs taken by the camera based on an AI model to automatically categorize each photo in near real-time, thereby allowing the camera itself to detect alarm conditions based on an assigned category for a photo, to take action in response to the alarm, and optionally to activate one or more external devices in response to the alarm.
IMAGING APPARATUS, VEHICLE AND IMAGE CAPTURING METHOD
An imaging apparatus mountable on a moveable apparatus includes a plurality of lighting-imaging units, each configured to capture an image of a different area on an object in a direction intersecting with a movement direction of the moveable apparatus. The each of the plurality of lighting-imaging units includes a light source unit configured to illuminate a partial area on the object as a lighting area; and an image capture unit configured to capture an image of an image capture area set within the lighting area. The plurality of lighting-imaging units captures an image of a non-overlapped lighting area on the object where the lighting areas of the plurality of lighting-imaging units do not overlap with each other.
OBSERVATION IMAGING APPARATUS
An observation imaging apparatus includes an insertion unit, an imaging lens, and an image sensor. The imaging lens is disposed in such a manner that an axial principal ray of an observation subject side surface of a lens is tilted with respect to a normal line passing through the center of gravity of a section of the insertion unit, the section passing through the center of an effective imaging range of the image sensor and having the smallest area. A point on the axial principal ray at which the distance between the normal line and the axial principal ray is smallest is located on the image side relative to the observation subject side surface of the lens and on the observation subject side relative to the image sensor. The observation imaging apparatus satisfies a predetermined conditional expression.
APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING CONTAINERS, IN PARTICULAR CANS
A device for inspecting containers which have an opening includes a transport device which transports the objects along a configured transport path. The device includes a monitoring device which is configured to monitor at least one region of an inner wall of the container through the opening. The monitoring device is configured to capture spatially resolved images, and has a lighting device configured to illuminate at least one region of the inner wall, is arranged between the monitoring device and the container.
Coaxial video push-cables for use in inspection systems
Visual pipe and cavity inspection systems including camera heads for video and/or image capture and associated coaxial video push-cables having increased durability and strength, for high frequency alternating current electrical power transmission as well as data and/or video signal communication between the camera heads and a display or control device, are disclosed.
Method and Device for Wireless Bed Bug Detection
The present invention identifies bed bugs using a specially designed probing device designed to inspect the small, dark spaces between a mattress and box spring, under a bed and in small, narrow crevices of a bed or room where bed bugs are known to hide. The present invention captures an image of the inspected space with a camera, mirror and light component at the end of a probing unit and transmits the image wirelessly to a computing device for closer inspection and verification of the presence of a bed bug.

Enhanced System for Lowering and Guiding 3-D Camera Apparatus
An apparatus comprising of a device to enclose a durable, data collecting camera in an upright position, as to be put into subterranean environment, such as a manhole, and utilizing sensors and lights to detail the information of the manhole which it is lowered into. It is attached to a metal arm that may be connected either to an automobile or tripod for stability. An application may be used to view this data and the camera itself has the ability to move 360 degrees while attached to a metal arm. This ensures the camera is kept in an upright position, which is particularly useful while using the Matterport Pro 1/Pro 2 cameras.
