The image processing apparatus includes an analysis unit configured to analyze a plurality of analysis regions in each of a plurality of frames included in the moving image, an extraction unit configured to extract the frame of the output target from among the plurality of frames by comparing analysis results of the plurality of analysis regions in each of the plurality of frames analyzed by the analysis unit for each analysis regions corresponding to each other between the plurality of frames, and an output unit configured to output the frame of the output target extracted by the extraction unit.
RANGE FINDER AND OPTICAL DEVICE
A distance detection device is provided, including a calculating unit that calculates a distance to a detection target using a length of time until floodlighted light is received by a light-receiving unit; a first detecting unit that detects whether detection target changing operation is being performed; a second detecting unit that detects variation in the distance calculated by the calculating unit; a shake correcting optical system that is driven based on a shake detection result and through which the floodlighted light passes; and a control unit that controls driving of the shake correcting optical system using an output from the first detecting unit and an output from the second detecting unit.
MONITORING CAMERA AND SWING CORRECTION METHOD
A monitoring camera sets ON or OFF of swing correction in accordance with setting information about whether or not the swing correction of an image (that is, captured image) captured by an image sensor is performed, and corrects swing by cutting out a part of the captured image based on a swing detected value of a vibration sensor in a case where the swing correction is set ON. The monitoring camera outputs the captured image while maintaining a state thereof in a case where the swing correction is set OFF.
Interchangeable lens digital camera
Provided is an interchangeable lens digital camera that is capable of correcting a rolling shutter distortion in a live view image without delay in displaying the image. At the start of live view imaging, a lens controller in an interchangeable lens controls a shake detection sensor to detect the direction and amount of a shake, and produces deviation information on the basis of shake detection signals from the shake detection sensor, the deviation information indicating fluctuation in direction and amount of the shake for one frame of the live view image in the form of a parameter. The deviation information is transmitted to a body controller of a camera body through a serial communication unit, to correct the rolling shutter distortion on the basis of the deviation information.
IMAGE STABILIZATION APPARATUS, IMAGE STABILIZATION CONTROL METHOD, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
An image stabilization apparatus comprises: a first obtaining unit that obtains orientation information of an image capturing apparatus; a determining unit that, on the basis of the orientation information, determines a reference position of an image sensor included in the image capturing apparatus; and a calculating unit that calculates a correction amount for performing image stabilization by moving a position of the image sensor from the reference position in a plane intersecting with an optical axis. The reference position is different between when the orientation information indicates that the image capturing apparatus is in a first orientation and when the orientation information indicates that the image capturing apparatus is in a second orientation.
IMAGE STABILIZATION DEVICE, IMAGE STABILIZATION METHOD, AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
There is provided an image stabilization device including: a control unit configured to perform first camera shake correction processing based on an optical camera shake correction method using a lens and second camera shake correction processing based on an electronic camera shake correction method of cutting out a captured image.
Image shake correcting apparatus and its control method, lens barrel, optical equipment, and imaging apparatus
An image shake correcting apparatus includes a shake detecting unit to detect shake of an apparatus containing an imaging optical system. A calculating unit calculates an image shake correction amount by acquiring a shake detection signal output from the shake detecting unit. A shake correcting unit corrects an image shake in accordance with the image shake correction amount calculated by the calculating unit. The calculating unit calculates an imaging magnification of the imaging optical system, and calculates the image shake correction amount by calculating a first correction amount before change of a frequency range of a correction filter and calculates the image shake correction amount by a second correction amount after change of a frequency range, in accordance with a size of the imaging magnification.
SHAKE-CORRECTION DEVICE AND SHAKE-CORRECTION METHOD FOR PHOTOGRAPHING APPARATUS
A shake-correction device for a photographing apparatus, which photographs an object image projected onto an imaging surface, includes a mover provided with a movable member, the mover configured to rotate at least one of the object image and the imaging surface relative to a plane orthogonal to the optical axis, and to translate parallel to the plane that is orthogonal to the optical axis and translate in a translation direction parallel to the optical axis; a shake detector configured to detect an angular shake of the photographing apparatus in the rotational direction and detect a shift shake of the photographing apparatus in the translation directions; and a movement controller configured to control movement of the mover so that the object image does not relatively move with respect to the imaging surface when the shake detector detects at least one of the angular shake and the shift shake.

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to optical devices and related methods that facilitate independent control of movement of lenses and image sensors in camera systems. In one example, an image sensor is movable independently of and relative to a lens, and the lens is movable independently of the image sensor. In one example, an optical device includes a lens, and an image sensor disposed below the lens. The image sensor is movable relative to the lens. The optical device includes a plurality of magnets disposed about the lens, a plurality of vertical coil structures coiled in one or more vertical planes, and one or more horizontal coil structures coiled in one or more horizontal planes. The plurality of vertical coil structures are configured to, when powered, move the image sensor relative to the lens. The one or more horizontal coil structures are configured to, when powered, move the lens.
