TIME ZONE CORRECTION MECHANISM FOR A TIMEPIECE
A timepiece time zone correction mechanism is equipped with a manual control device including two counteracting manual corrector actuators setting in motion a time zone corrector associated therewith including a beak which is configured to bear against a relief of a time zone correction wheel assembly and to cause the assembly to move. The assembly includes a regularly spaced toothing having a first drive level from which a plurality of successive teeth are missing and replaced by a first clearance, and a second drive level parallel to the first drive level, and from which a plurality of successive teeth are missing and replaced by a second clearance. The first clearance and the second clearance are not superimposed with one another. Each time zone corrector cooperates with a single drive level, from among the first drive level and the second drive level, of the time zone correction wheel assembly.

Escape lever, movement, and timepiece
An escape lever suppresses energy loss and provides strong resistance to external shocks. An escape lever has a pallet fork; a pallet formed in unison with the pallet fork for engaging the escape wheel; and a pallet staff that is a pivot of the pallet fork and passes through the pallet fork. The pallet has a locking surface that the locking corner of the escape wheel contacts in the unlocking period when the escape wheel is released by the pallet and freed to move. The locking surface is shaped so that the draw angle formed by a normal to the contact point with the locking corner of the escape wheel, and a line through the contact point and the axis of the pallet staff, remains constant during the unlocking period.
Horological carriage-stop with carriage stop strip
A limiting device including an oscillator and capable of blocking this oscillator carried by the carriage of a tourbillon or karussel, which carriage includes a carriage wheel driven by an energy source of the watch or of a movement with a gear train, and carries an escapement mechanism engaging with the oscillator and including an escape pinion, this device includes a control rod, engaging with a control member external to this tourbillon or karussel, in order to push, substantially radially relative to the carriage axis, a resilient strip arranged so as to bear tangentially against the carriage wheel in order to stop the carriage upon passage of the control member from a rest position to an active position, and so as to remain remote from the carriage wheel when the control member is in the rest position thereof.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SILICON-BASED TIMEPIECE COMPONENT
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a horological component according to which a silicon-based piece having the desired shape of the horological component is produced and the piece is subjected to a thermal oxidation and deoxidation treatment to remove a predetermined thickness of silicon in order to increase the mechanical strength of the piece. This method is characterized in that the thermal oxidation and deoxidation treatment is carried out in several steps, each step including a thermal oxidation phase followed by a deoxidation phase.
TIMEPIECE MECHANISM PROVIDED WITH A MAGNETIC GEAR
A mechanism including a magnetic gear including a first wheel, a second wheel and a third wheel. The first wheel is provided with permanent magnetic poles which are arranged so as to form the magnetised teeth of a first magnetic toothing. The second wheel and the third wheel are provided with teeth made of a soft ferromagnetic material respectively defining a second magnetic toothing and a third magnetic toothing, each with a number of teeth that is greater than that of the first magnetic toothing and having a magnetic coupling with this first magnetic toothing. The second magnetic toothing is directly coupled with the first magnetic toothing and with the third magnetic toothing thanks to the magnetic fluxes provided by the magnetised teeth of the first toothing and the teeth of the second magnetic toothing are magnetically separated from one another.

TIMEPIECE MECHANISM PROVIDED WITH A MAGNETIC GEAR
A mechanism (1) including a magnetic gear (2) including a first wheel (6B) and a second wheel (6C) provided with a first magnetic toothing (10) and a second magnetic toothing (12) respectively. The first and second magnetic toothings are respectively formed by first and second teeth made of a soft ferromagnetic material; and the magnetic gear (2) further includes a third wheel (6A) arranged between the first and second wheels (6B, 6C) and provided with a third magnetic toothing (8) formed by permanent magnetic poles, in particular by bipolar magnets. In general, the first wheel is a drive wheel, whereas the second wheel is driven into order to carry out a function or transmit a torque. The third intermediate wheel is preferably mounted such that it can rotate freely.
ITEM MADE OF PRECIOUS CERMET
An item produced in a cermet material including by weight between 85 and 94% of a ceramic phase and between 6 and 15% of a metal binder phase, the ceramic phase mostly including a tungsten carbide phase and optionally one or more phases of one or more secondary carbides selected from the elements Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr and Mo, the metal binder comprising Ag, Pd, Ru and Co. The invention generally relates to the method for manufacturing said item.
