WEARABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE COMPRISING FASTENING STRUCTURE
A wearable electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a display that forms a front surface of the wearable electronic device; and a frame part that surrounds the display and forms at least a part of the exterior of the wearable electronic device, wherein the frame part comprises a fastening part to which a strap for assisting wearing of the wearable electronic device is coupled, the fastening part comprises a first coupling part, and a second coupling part spaced apart from the first coupling part by a specified distance, the first coupling part comprises a first groove into which a fastening structure of the strap can be inserted, and a second groove to which the fastening structure of the strap can be fixed, the second coupling part comprises a fourth groove to which the fastening structure of the strap can be fixed, and the fastening structure of the strap may be at least inserted into the first groove and fixed to the second groove and the fourth groove. According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, since a guide groove is provided in a fastening part of a frame part of a wearable electronic device, a user can easily fasten a strap without determining an exact position thereof, and it is possible to prevent and/or reduce damage to the wearable device or the strap that occurs in the process of determining the exact position of a hole provided in the wearable electronic device.
Consumer product attachment systems having locking or expansion characteristics
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a locking assembly for an attachment system of a consumer product. More specifically, embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to an attachment unit that is configured to be inserted and removed from a housing of a consumer product. The attachment unit and/or the housing include an expansion component or other such locking assembly configured to releasably secure the attachment unit within the housing.
Attachment system for an electronic device
A removable module and a housing for an attachment system of a consumer product is described. The removable module includes a locking mechanism comprising a first portion having a substantially planar top surface and second portion that comprises a substantially non-planar bottom surface. The first portion and the second portion are coupled together. The locking mechanism also includes a first spring mechanism coupled between the first portion and the second portion. The first spring mechanism causes the first portion to be biased away from the second portion. The locking mechanism also includes a second spring mechanism. The second spring mechanism causes the substantially planar top surface of the first portion to be biased substantially flush with respect to the removable module and also causes the substantially non-planar bottom surface of the second portion to be biased proud with respect to the removable module.
PATCH HOUSING FOR POSITIONING A HEALTH MONITORING DEVICE
A patch housing for receiving an electronic device is provided. The patch housing includes a flat substrate having a first surface and a second surface with adhesive on at least one of the first or second surfaces. The substrate further includes an opening. The patch housing further includes a set of electrodes included in the substrate. The patch housing further includes a set of connectors provided on the first surface of the substrate. Each connector in the set of connectors is configured to mechanically couple the electronic device to the substrate.
COUPLING PIN AND WEARABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
A coupling pin and a wearable electronic device in which the coupling pin is configured to connect a wearable member to a housing of the wearable electronic device are provided. The coupling pin includes a tube portion which is configured to be accommodated in the wearable member, and which at least partially has electrical conductivity, a core portion which is configured to protrude from at least one of both ends of the tube portion to be bound to the housing, and which at least partially has electrical conductivity, and a sleeve which is arranged adjacent to the tube portion while surrounding at least a portion of the core portion, and which has electrical conductivity, wherein the sleeve is electrically insulated from the core portion and the tube portion.
